Horrible service took two hours for them to issue a refund from customer service and they didn't answer back so left me alone without a refund and wasted my time.

I drove from the Riverpark Gamestop to this location because I was told they had the new PS5 camouflage controller. As I was pulling in to the parking lot I called the store to make sure they had the controller. A female employee answered the phone. I told her I was outside the store and wanted to make sure they had the camo controller before I came in. She said they did but she couldn't ring me up because they close at 9pm. I said its 8: 57 and I'm outside the building. She told me to go try Target across the street because she wouldn't have enough time to ring me up in 3 minutes. I said I have a Gamestop gift card that's why I needed to buy from them and she said for me to come back the next day. Really? You can't ring me up for a quick purchase? Why does your sign say open? Why do you have your hours posted till 9pm? I ended up not going in and got back into my truck and left confused. I'm sorry but that's just laziness and poor customer service. Maybe you should spend more time training your employees Gamestop.

3/5 because they need to check there merchandise befour they sell it wether it's a game or atire I bought a game for a good deal but what I didn't like was that when I got home it was not working it had no scratches but they should still check to make sure they load befour selling they did refund me another of the same game but still it wasn't till the next day and also I bought a hat and didn't think to check it and I went to try it on when I got home and the threads fell apart:/

The person answering calls at this business is real rude. I called and asked him a question and he hung up on me, i called back and told him why am i being hung up on and he hung up on me again. I only left a star to make this comment about their disrespectful worker there. Hopefully he found a job that he appreciates by now.

I am pleased to relate my most pleasant and informative visit to GameStop ever! I had heard a while back they might be forced to shudder most of their locations due to some financial irregularities resulting in their stock price taking a steep and sustained plunge in value, the kind of thing which spells certain doom. This location in the FoodsCo Center at First & Shields in Fresno. To my surprise, this store was fully stocked and offering full-services and friendly advice and guidance to my 14 year old nephew trying to obtain the latest and greatest game cartridge for PS4. But the young man single-handedly in charge of GameStop turned out to be one of the most helpful, informative, efficient and professional service employees I have ever encountered. He fully explained the supply-chain logistics to help him estimate my impatient and very disappointed nephew's likely wait time until a copy of the game becomes available. He then, on his own initiative contacted a half-dozen or so locations of other vendors' (Target, Walmart, etc.) as far away as Hanford, in neighboring Kings County. The result: my nephew had his coveted and new-fangled game cartridge in-hand after our having traveled only 1.7 additional mi from GameStop. Needless to say, my nephew and I will be re-activating our expired GameStop memberships forthwith and will be permanent fixtures at GameStop which, through this single encounter with their gifted and talented consultant, has earned 100% our future gaming dollars. I am so very relieved that earlier rumors of GameStop's impending demise were greatly exaggerated (if not entirely false) from the outset.

People talk trash about gamestop and maybe as a company with gross buy-back prices and whatnot, but this Gamestop was good. The customer service was extremely well-done. The staff was friendly and willing to talk about video games. I'd come back and chat some nerdspeak.

The man was patent with me. Took time to prove owns for me. I ordered my games online so i ended up getting the cheaper price online.

Games top has always been great, great service, always have rewards for subscribers. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and great knowledge of games.

3/5. Employees are great and very helpful. I would rate 5 if it weren't for the fact that this location is always low or out of stock on items. Funko selection is very outdated. Everything shelved is either very old or damaged. Controllers for any next gen consoles are out of stock. Not even used ones can be bought here.

Just picked up my THIRD warrantied Xbox 1X last week on Tuesday July 27th. Hadn't had time to test it until today when I returned from vacation. Was supposed to be Robot White yet it is white with purple splatters and some goldish colored design on the bottom. Also the backside is black (should be white like my last one and like all other robot white 1X's. Anyway, it's giving me sketchy HDMI issues right out of the box. Okay fine let's try to play a game then. Xbox says "nope". As soon as assets get loaded in on the game the entire unit shuts off.
DO YOUR WAREHOUSE REFURB GUYS EVEN THOROUGHLY TEST WHAT IS BEING PASSED ON TO THE CUSTOMER?
I have a very busy week unfortunately but I will be coming back in soon. Very soon. And I hope you will make things right. This has been a complete Circus and the only associate that has treated me with respect thus far has been a young man by the name of Wes. He has been as helpful as possible. Afraid I cannot say the same about the others I've had to interact with. That was now the third time I've had to renew $$$ my warranty. I would still be on my first warranty period I paid for had these refurb units been actually refurbed and tested. This is LOWWWW BAR service Gamestop. Very low.

***EDITED*** from 1 Star to "5 BIG FAT STARS" all because of the tenacity and good nature of a solitary employee - once again the many lapses of customer service I've endured via Gamestop Stores in general has been redeemed due to the consistent efforts of ONE SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE who displays patience, understanding and common sense regarding what fairness to the customer means. THANK YOU WES (LEY)! I hope your supervisor recognizes and rewards your consistency and effort to maintain and protect a business's GOOD NAME. I am making efforts to ensure that, along with your immediate Supervisor, that your Regional and/or General Manager (s) are made aware of the impact that you are making at the in-store customer level, as well as ensuring a good reputation for Gamestop as a whole, and managing such excellent direct customer rapport. I think the "big wigs" up top tend to forget sometimes where the true measure of good business begins and ends. Right at the front counter!
