Collectibles Store GameStop reviews
14Reuben was an awesome employee and made me and my mother feel welcome and it was a nice environment that i will go over again!
Would give six stars if I could. Son wanted a new Nintendo switch game while on holiday, and there were questions regarding compatibility. Spoke to Joseph on the counter who was helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to speak to. Great advice and good conversation too. Prices competitive, stock levels good etc. Staff made a good experience great. Would happily recommend.
I never leave a review but I had this time they don’t know what they’re doing I was just there to buy a ps5 bundle waited for 1 hour for them to tell me it’s online exclusive when 2 days earlier the worker told me they had it in store then they started laughing when I said you guys wasted my time they need new workers disrespectful.
Great store! Great staff! My kid shops here frequently, and I come in occasionally for Funko Pops! And other pop culture items. Today he was in line very early for a chance at purchasing a PS5. The manager came out and gave everyone in line a ticket so that we didn't get chased off by the mall security. He remembered my kid, which is impressive, based on how many people must come into the store. While we were waiting to be able to purchase the PS5, the manager came out and talked to the group several times, giving everyone instructions to make the process go smoother and answering questions. When we made our purchase, he then walked us out to our car, as the console is a very sought after item. Much appreciated.
Super friendly super easy to find what you need if not they will direct you in the right direction
There was one customer in the store just blabbing at the one employee about any amd everything but was not making a purchase. I was going to purchase a pro gamer x box control and new headset. But after standing there 10 minutes politely and not being acknowledged I took my business elsewhere.
Ask for Joshua if you ever need help he is calm and easy to talk to man's deserves a raise
Who shops here nowadays such a rip off don't come here to buy anything.and definitely don't sell your games here just sell them on offer up.or Craigslist
They don’t open at 10. My nephew and I got there at 955 and stood there until 1020 waiting for him to open the doors. The dude in there just went about his business. Talking in the phone, taping boxes, ignoring us completely so we left. We don’t need to shop that bad.
I went to GameStop for the first today and everything felt fine I didn't have employees constantly asking if I needed help which was nice. But the cashier did make me uncomfortable when I went to pay with a certain choice of words he decided to use. When I said didn't have a membership or didn't want want he kept mentioning that that was depressing and proceed to use the word "depressing" like 5 times when I declined to offer and I was left standing there for like 5 minutes when I just wanted to pay and leave. I don't mind so much that he took a while to give me the sales pitch but that fact that he kept saying depressing and honestly there are far better words to use like "disappointing" maybe.
The employee was very rude and he didn’t help me out with the funko pop heads and said go Yelp yourself out ok in a rude way pls fire this employee that works there so rude and impatient
Didn't give me a good trade in whatsoever the credit they offered was ridiculous and definitely not fair. All my games are at least $60 and up and fairly new but in excellent condition and definitely worth more than the $2.00 they offered! I would do better selling them at a garage sale! So don't fall for their advertisement's saying they will pay for your old games because its insulting!
I usually have a pleasant experience with GameStop but this particular location has a rude employee working there. I was not able to get his name because I wasn’t allowed to come in, and yes there’s a 5 guest maximum policy in place but there was only 2 guests in there now if he’s counting himself as a guest that’s only 3 which means 2 more guests can come in. Long story short I stood outside for over 5 minutes before I said forget this just to see him let the couple behind me come in. I will never go into that establishment again I would not recommend anyone of Hispanic persuasion to visit this place.
