7I've been coming here everyone and then for the last 10 years and haven't had a bad experience yet. The employees have been helpful and don't linger around you which has been my experience at some GameStop's before. Right next to Starbucks and parking always is available.
One of the last gamestops in the area, if you want these stores to stay in business then support them. They have never given me any problems. I have the membership to get $5 free every month and just get psn cards every month and put it towards digital releases
I went out of my way to check out this location I hadn't been to before just to experience the worst customer service ever! The guy rudely answering my questions didn't even get up from his chair once and spoke to me as if I was his little sister bugging him! Grow up or go home staff!
Great GameStop it’s got all the games your need well all the new games that got Xbox games PlayStation game switch games and many more oh and consoles Xbox’s PlayStations switchs and that’s all 3 switches which is quite a few Xbox 360 playstation 4s like everything a gamer would need oh and Funko pops and tons of collectives for people who like to collect things in end GameStop it’s a place for gamers that’s all I have to say
My new store, the game advisors are really nice and helpful specially Jesse and Luis but a previous employee Stephan sold me defective usb controller for the switch
Came in to sell my sons old Xbox one and 2 controller since I got him the newest one. He kept trying to get me to take credit for the items which I came in for cash. I had to tell him 3 times that no I’ll take cash he kept saying how it will be lower I said that’s fine I don’t need anything from here so I don’t need credit. He had an attitude not sure why, Made me feel super uncomfortable how do you have an attitude cause I didn’t want credit smh.
Don't come here for pokemon releases. Had 2 managers give me completely different stories about releases. One saying they never got the shipment and the other saying they sold it to people before even opening when I was waiting in line before opening and saw no one. Was there before the manager even showed up. Can't trust them after this
