This is my first time writing a bad review for a store, but I'll do it just because these type of people can really harm business. I went to the store on June 5,2023 at 7pm to use a gift card, I asked her how much money I had in it and I had the worst customer experience. She did not answer my questions kindly and made unnecessary comments toward my inquiry. I ended up not buying anything due to her unprofessionalism. I will not be coming back here again.

Gamestop is falling apart. Shelves look more disappointing every visit. It's the Sears of video games. Customer service has never been their strong suit, but they hardly even have anything worth looking at anymore, much less buying.
