Collectibles Store GameStop reviews
10Called and called. No one would answer the phone. Many reviews going back years have said the same thing.
So i went in asking for some help for a figure and the guy already seems out of it. Then after buying some old games i ask for help if maybe another store has them but he say with a annoyed tone just call them. Also selection for collectibles here sucks.
IT’S A MARVELOUS SHOP!
Look at my PS5 just $459.99 on website RIGHT NOW. And to get the EXACT SAME CONSOLE I’VE PAID $551.89 WHAT AN HONEST, UPFRONT AND HELPFUL FRANCHISE!
Way to go guys
These guys are super great. Took care of my nephew's Nintendo Switch replacement and helped select the right gear to keep it safe.
I didn't always like buying games from GameStop, but this location is great. The staff are helpful, friendly, and pleasant to talk to — much more than other GameStop locations. Pre-ordering games here is easy and they're always ready to pickup on release day (even for big titles like the new Zelda and God of War games). Only thing is that the door chime that goes off when anyone enters is obnoxiously loud. That aside, it's still my reliable, go-to neighborhood store for videogames.
Arguably the greatest gamestop ever.all games stop here. Manager super cool, she gave us free pizza.
Can’t get ahold of them via phone at all — I tried calling 5 times today throughout the afternoon and they didn’t pick up once.
If Victor doesn’t want to do his job right and it’s such an inconvenience for him to look for a product maybe he shouldn’t be working in a place where everyone will be asking for a specific product.
There was an unleashed dog in the store that made me feel unsafe, and the owners didn't do anything about it. Due to that, I couldn't use my $5 coupon I get every month due to my membership.
It's also extremely poor logistics that they can't even internally transfer games, and the stores with my wanted games are miles away.
