I love this store for what they sell. Although their prices can be a little elevated, it's worth it for the purchase.

It's okay. I am more of an old-school gamer and when they didn't have Xbox 360 parts and/or accessories.it was disappointing.great place for everything new

I bought a PS4 controller refurbished which I needed that night. I'm 100 percent certain the phone number I gave was accurate when I got the warranty. The controller didn't charge well (a common problem with dualshock 4) so I tried to return it. I even purchased a warranty to be sure I could.

SABRINA, the employee to process the return, claimed my phone number could not be found and was extremely condescending (a word I almost never use to describe customer service). I explained she didn't need to be condescending as I was calm, I just wanted a refund.

She denied my request, costing me $64.73. I was told the prior employee didn't enter my number incorrectly (something she couldn't actually know), which I find hard to believe. THIS IS A SCAM in my book. THEIR EXPENSIVE WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING. THEY CAN DENY SERVICE FOR ANY REASON.

Go online, buy the cheaper option - it's a PS4 clone controller and it cost me 45 bucks. It has the dualshock 4 driver but the hardware is way more sturdy.

Whatever you do, beware of this employee.

Service is awesome! They didn't have what we needed, but the clerk helped troubleshoot. Great experience.
