7Had a horrible experience. Manager named Wyatt has absolutely no people skills doesn’t know how to speak to people. I can’t believe they have this guy as a manager. I asked for the corporate phone number and he said to look it up online because he doesn’t know it. I had bought a Xbox controller back in April of 2023 I bought warranty so I took it back because it wasn’t working properly and surprise he told me they had changed policy and I would have to pay for shipping. That doesn’t make sense I said to Wyatt and then he unleashed on me with rudeness. I honestly think he was talking to me very disrespectful because I’m a woman. He embarrassed me in front of people I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years customers deserve better treatment than this.
Always have the best workers there when need help with something and give good advice on things that I want to get there
Want to give a shout out to Brian! He was such a cool person to talk to and very knowledgeable. The best GameStop experience I’ve ever had since becoming a pro member in 2011. Also really beautiful store design as well yall did a great job. Anytime we need to go to GameStop I’d rather drive 45 mins to Visalia to come here than my local one!
Best Gamestop i've ever ben to, employee's are great, LOTS of great stuff to find i go there CONSTANTLY they have a great variaty of games, collectables and the deals keep getting better, a MUST visit when your in town, very well recommended
I'm a regular customer and will no longer be one. I recently bought a gift card for steam but they instead gave me a roblox card. I NEVER PLAYED ROBLOX IN MY LIFE! They refuse to fix the issue. Terrible customer service.
