Don't ever preorder from these guys. They will screw you over and not have the game. They will not order it for you, they will keep your cash and only offer you a store credit. No one here attempts to help or even act like they care.

Terrible service, items listed that were available at the store were not available. I almost spent $230 on their curbside pickup only to find out they didn't have it? Ridiculous.

Homeboy tried telling me I couldnt sell my games there and that the games weren't in their library and I was able to sell at another location 5 minutes after.

Best place to buy my games, the employees helps me on information on games & the product, when thing go wrong with my system, they help solve the problem of my system, i give them 6 stars if I can

Tried calling today at 1230pm to check on the status of my Pre-order and no one picked up. GREAT SERVICE!

They were pleasant and helpful and wen i called three times about the same thing they did not waver in there attituded i give there customer service a 10/10

The guys that work at this GameStop are incredible! They really know what they are doing. My son is well known there lol. He loves walking in and talking it up with his buddies. Haha. I've been to others around SoCal, but honestly- none compare!:)

This store always has amazing service. They're really good about answering your questions and helping you to the best of their abilities.

People who leave reviews are probably friends cause the manager really sucks one day he tells me i cant resale a new game for store credit only used. The following month he says i cant resale a used game only new for store credit. He sucks lol rest of the staff is cool though.

I think there are only like three employees, so the lines are pretty slow. Its usually deserted though. An average gamestop.

Only place i went for my games ever since i had a ps2 and now i got a ps4, still go there (btw if u think im older im not im only 16)

Great customer service but you have to know the lingo or you will feel like an outsider. Some prices on items can be lower as compared nationwide.
