Cool place to get games, I get the "pre-owned" aka used games with a better connotation, because I can test them and return with no problem if I don't like it, games that don't play any more I can easily exchange and with the elite pro a 20% extra so good deal without online waiting
There are a one or two employees that are not very good with customers and don't seem to really know what they're doing. Don't really think they should be working there.
Overall, my experience with this location and the employees has been great. It's the location closest to me and I go there often most of the employees there are very helpful and extremely nice. Out of the three or four other locations close to me this is by far my favorite.

Very helpful. Answered my call on the first ring, even though it was 9: 05 a.m. On the day before Christmas Eve. After I got off the phone I saw that it didn't even open until 11 a.m! Most places don't answer the phone at all before and after business hours.
I've been to this Gamestop again and again thinking it would change but I guess I'm wrong. I've had horrible customer service every time I've come here. Employees are always looking at you like if you are here to steal something or they just don't want to be there. I will no longer be coming here.
