They took my 30-60$ used games, gave me seven dollars for each, and sold them for there original price! WHAT A RIPOFF

Very slow services. On average have to wait for 10 minutes in line just to either ask a question, or purchase something, when I'm the second person in line. Its almost impressive how slow the staff can go. Items on shelf are always "out of stock" And I've sold them games, and they paid me. 25 cents for something they turn around and sell for $7.00. So long waits, and felt pretty screwed over.

They sell you broken games. Always check the disk bc they won't show you even tho it's part of there policy to do so when it's a use game. Last time I go there. I hope it gets shut down

Nice gaming shop with lots of used games and console deals. They are a little bit understaffed though. It takes some time for them to reply to online requests, or the phone.

Worst game stop in LA. Employees do not know how to talk to customers or explain policy. Why do they post things on their website and don't adhere to them in store. Their attitude is definitely the worst issue.
