Trash service over the phone
every time I call I get put on hold for over 15min.
Always a male who answers than puts you on hold and forgets.

Called because they had a hard to find controller listed as in stock. I was told they had to call all the other employees to see if it's been reserved. Low and behold 20 minutes later I got a call saying it had been reserved. I see since I'm not a friend of of an employee I get the shaft. Poor business ethics.

I called this store at 1: 20pm on 4/21/20 to inquire about buying a Switch controller and one of the employees answered. Right off the bat, he sounded very bothered, never gave me his name, sounded very rude and unprofessional while I was asking him if it was available. Hopefully next time a customer calls they can speak to them in a nicer tone and professional manner.

You pay top dollar for everything in the store but you get laughable store and trade-in credit for your gaming turn ins.

There was a lady there was extremely kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She had a prank call while I was there and dealt with it like a champ.
I didn't buy anything, but that's on me. I forgot my wallet.

The staff at this location were really helpful. Both the manager and associate went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me select the right headset that fit my needs and budget.

This place will not take a new system Or a promotional deal back, even with a receipt and even if it was just purchased a day before! We will never buy anything from this GameStop again! What a rip off!

This GameStop seems to care more and try harder than any other GameStop I have been in. It’s not the closest one to me but it’s the one I always go to. The manager Tiffany seems to care about her customers and always has a positive attitude. They have a great selection and and always have neat hats and other fun items that are gamer geek related. It’s kind of game central because there is a comic shop right next to it. 11/10 worth the extra drive time!

I went in to get a pre owned Wii for my daughter. I was not familiar with the wii or games. Tiffany was very helpful and answered all my questions and was a huge help in deciding on what to get!

Just spoke with an employee there named Lauren over the phone. She was really helpful, courteous and she patiently answered any questions that I had even though I found out early in the conversation that I couldn't buy the title at Gamestop. Excellent customer service!

This store is incredibly unpleasant, The manager is a spiteful woman that takes credit off of trade ins if she doesn't like you. I brought in an offer for a regular xbox one and she kept saying it was with the elite controller and it wasn't.so after refusing the offer i got online she decided to randomly charge a refurb fee for no reason seeing as how the console was perfectly fine there was no other reason then she just doesn't know how to manage a store.

GAMESTOP IS RIDICULOUS. MY GEARS CONTROLLER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE ON THE 16TH. NOW THEY SAY UPS LEFT THE PACKAGE ON THE TRUCK. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. ALL OTHER GAMESTOPS HAVE GOT THERE'S. AND TIFFANY THE SO CALLED MANAGER HAS ATTITUDE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PRE-ORDER AT THAT STORE OR ANY OTHER GAMESTOP.

Sadly, liars. I went into store asking if they could look up a game in another store because it wasn't in stock. Clerk said he couldn't but then the manager from a different said he was able, just lazy. All in all, bad idea to go to a place with bad customer service.
