GameStop Prestige, Irvine CA

Very bad customer service. Employees their seem to be unhappy and unhelpful. I asked a few questions about inventory and they didn’t want to check for me. They man that helped me at the register last visit gave me all about three words. Poor customer service every time I come into the store and I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Manager of this store handled a pre order bonus issue with professionalism and logic. Will shop at this location moving forward due to the rude nature of staff at the Tustin location.

Im a pro member and am seriously considering ending my relationship with gamestop. Have made multiple phone calls to this store to check game availability and they wont answer. Called gamestop corporate and they were not able to help either, this is NOT how you compete with amazon. I wanted this game today unfortunately I have to wait 2 days now to get it from Amazon. Posted pic of just my last 5 calls.

The worst experience I had ever. They refused my return request because I had requested the return multiple times. I had never this kind of awkward customer service even though the games were unopened and tried to return in 30 days.

This is a very small store but the staff is always very friendly. I guess it's makes it a more personalized experience. They always have the newest games and rarely have a big crowd.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have been able to answer all my questions so I can make the right choices.

I do not know whether it's entire staff or not but both times I've called work a question about a product I get the most simple, one-word answer. It is obvious they want to get off the phone as quick as possible.

Although a small store, the staff is amazing and they always do their best to help. Lines go pretty smooth too.

Came in to buy a couple of PS4 games today and was helped by Kathy who was super friendly and helpful. She asked if I was excited about any upcoming games and she let me know of when I could preorder games.

This is the worst Gamestop I have ever been too. Usually Gamestop has knowledgeable friendly employees, not at this one. I had a horrible experience with them. They don't pay attention to the customer and don't listen to what's being said, the worst part is that the push the new copies, which is usually for Gamestop. When I explained the mistakes the employee made rather than simply say sorry, his answer was "you try working here. " If you hate your job then leave don't take it out on customers.

This is the worst place you can go they are so mean they lie we got a 2ds xl and we came back the next day they said we can take it back but the other day they said u can come before 7 days to have a refund I hate them I hate them never go here they treat u like!

Game stop has great games but not great prices. Most of their stuff is over priced. But there trade in a game get a game deal is pretty good.

This is my place for most things doing with game cards or trade ins. Been coming here for 12 plus years. Usually always have what I need on rare occasions they don't if not target is right next door. Customer service I'm good friendly usually recognize most of the people and vice versa. Good place.

I RARELY will ever say things like this.but I rather shop at WALMART then ever spend another dollar at GameStop. That's saying A LOT because I freaking hate WALMART.

The people that work there a very competent but don't bother calling them, they don't answer the phone.
