5If you say you are open until 9pm then stay open until 9pm. Some people race there after work to do a simple return and lying about your hours wasted people’s time and ruins their day.
I like this store a lot! The staff is super courteous and friendly. I get good deals everytime I go there.
I leave in Santa Clarita but It is always nice to come to a store like the one in Burbank that has such a wonderful customer service. They did not have the size of a jacket I wanted in the store but they offered me help by ordering for me online, now I am just waiting for my beautiful jacket. I feel very pleased with their service.
If you're ever in the area and need some help with pretty much anything in the store, look for Jim (red haired guy with a scruffy beard) you'll usually find him in the shoe department but this guy knows his stuff. Great fella, considerate and understands budgets without compromising quality recommendations. Genuine guy who is there to help and get you what you need. I don't normally write reviews but this guy was worth it. Customer service like this is rare, seek him out. Trust me, you'll be happy you did.
They have a limited of designs you don't find the same variety that you find on other gap stores the active department it's very limited and the prices and specials are the same as a regular gap store
