This outlet is okay, the selection of clothing isn’t as great as the outlet at Livermore. Staff are nice and helpful. Store well organized.

This store is clean, great outlet prices, and awesome clearance sections too. There are sizes from new born to 3x. Love love love this store.

Gap factory is a scam. Their products are produced “for the factory” but they price them at more then the regular Gap clothing stores. They also try to make you feel like your saving all this money with the Gap cash but they hike up the prices on everything so we’re really not saving anything, and they won’t let us use other coupons with the Gap cash, so what’s the use of having the Gap cash if we’re going to pay more for items than if we didn’t have the Gap cash, and why exclude other coupons when you guys know you’ve over priced everything? Yes someone noticed. For instance I purchased some sweatsuits a month ago from Gap factory, and the same sweatsuits are hiked up 100% on their website right now, straight scam. Not to mention, they give you the run around about returns. They charge a return fee, and if you need to exchange an item, they will not let you get the item for the same price you paid for it. What’s the use of having sales if you don’t want to honor the same price if something needs to be returned. I think I’ll take my Christmas shopping back to old navy where I can use multiple coupons and super cash together, there are no exclusions, and you can use $10 for every $25 you spend verses having to spend at least $50 at Gap to use $20 Gap cash on hiked up prices. Old navy also gladly gives you the items for the same price you paid for them if you need to exchange without any hassle. I guess my Gap cash is going to waste because I’ll never agree to pay 10 times more for “factory items” because I have Gap cash, you guys can keep that Gap cash. Buyers beware of these scammers!

We had lost our wallet there, and these guys had found send returned it, it was really nice of them

The environment was friendly and free to see what their and not. But the one struggle was the sevice- when I tried to get their attention for the checkout it took a few minutes! I was shocked- as in the past my experiences were top notch But in that day, that store I deserve to put a 4 star rating! I would put a 3- but I know it works to get better. And Oh! The pricing- the jeans were not so attracting- and they qere priced higher than they looked. But overall the store was (ok) The clothing choises were scattered!

My experience is pretty much what you would expect from an outlet store. Parking can be a little distant especially at high traffic times. The store was clean and had a good variety of merchandise.

Lots of selection, front of store is great. Fitting room employees however need to be retrained on customer service. The girl working the fitting rooms today must have not wanted to come in and work as she was unable to speak but stare you down and point where to go or where to leave what you dont want. Will do my shopping elsewhere

Lots of choice if you are a small or normal size. Not much of a selection for big and tall and definitely not plus size. Prices are really a lot better than the regular Gap stores though.
