Fernando was our technician (we had him back several years ago as well) shows that they have loyal & trusted employees, that have been with the company a long time. The service was top notch!

I called late on a tuesday night after trying to replace a garage lock handle on my own. I locked myself out! Avi showed up and within 30 minutes I was back in. He fixed my errors and left me a happy customer and my tenant is elderly and can enter her garage easier because of Avi's work. Thanks Garage Medics and Avi!

Jake, my service tech, was on time, very pleasant and did only the work I needed. Even though he gave me some recommendations for improving my garage door mechanics he did not pressure me, but advised that I consider these improvements. He showed me how to disconnect and open the door manually and even moved the handle from an awkward location at the right corner of the door to the center which made it much easier to get leverage. I would recommend Garage Door Medics.

My experience started off with sales representative Xavier L.who was courteous and professional about his explanations on how and what was needed. He was also able to get Rick the installer to my house in a time frame that fit my schedule. The installer, Rick, was tremendously helpful and professional in the hour that it took to fix my springs. So I called Xavier from garage door medics and he was just full of energy and and he was proud and excited about his company so he sent out a great team and even came out with them to give us a bid at one of our properties, and during this time I was so pleased with his presentation and explanation of what they would do for my Property. I was so impressed that I presented it to my bosses and explain the great job that garage door Medics did they gained not only my property but 17 other properties I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and any business that wants a reliable honest friendly fast wonderful professional company.

I highly recommend the Garage Door Medics. I especially recommend JR as the tech to come and do your garage doors. We had set up an appointment for today and unfortunately a work emergency made us miss when JR came to the house. He tried to get a hold of us and we missed that call too. When I got a hold of him and explained the situation and asked if there was anyway that he could come back later this afternoon there was no hesitation in his answer. He was like “absolutely. ” He got there at the time we needed him to. He double and triple checked the doors for us. What really stuck out for me was his genuine customer service attitude. I called his manager to let her know what a huge assets JR is to the company. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and has outstanding customer service. Thank you JR and thank you Kimberly, JR’s boss for giving praise to your employees when they definitely deserve it.

Great and fast service to fix broken opening system. It was time to update parts as well and Gene did great job servicing the system.

This is the third time we have used Garage Door Medics. Each time has been a positive experience! Our technician, Jon, arrived timely, was friendly, yet very professional, and checked for not only the problem, but looked the whole operation over to see if there may be any potential issues in the near future. However, this company does not pursue selling parts that are not absolutely necessary. Very honest! We will definitely continue using this company!

David initially came out to do the eval, explained thoroughly the issues and resolution options. Decided to replace entire door instead of just damaged panel. James came out for install and did a great job with help from Joel who was out training (awesome instructor - gave me confidence in being able to install a full door myself!). Would definitely recommend GDMedics for anyone's garage door needs.
