Great Customer service. Specialty Items were able to be sourced, found and ordered by manager. He Was very patient and tenacious. Asked all the right questions to get my product correct.

The good news is they order online. The bad news is they totally screwed up the order and got the color wrong. I don’t see how they got the color wrong since the online site only had one color, but they screwed up the order really good. They kept passing off my order to other sales clerks since nobody wanted to fix the order. Got a refund and left. This store is a hot mess!

As always they have just what I was looking for except for one person in there wasn't wearing a mask when I asked him to go get one they sell them in the store he said I wasn't wearing an n95 so why should he have to wear one

Excellent service and selection. They had the bayonet type light bulbs I was looking for that no one else seems to carry and they were even on sale! In a busy lot but there is plenty of parking.

Good store and you don't have to scour a warehouse to get help. Friendly people and they always have what I'm looking for.

This store is wonderful. Helpful employees unlike Home Depot is horrible for customer service. Customer service is great at ACE.

Whenever I come here, I am immediately greeted by an employee who will ask what I need and then proceeds to help me. Great customer service!

They are always so helpful. The staff is knowledgeable about their store they can tell you what they do have and don't have.

Staff is Always do helpful. Easy in, easy out. No issues with returns. Finding pricing better than Home Depot.

I go there when i'm not completely sure what I need. The staff there are all very knowledgeable and I never regreted following their advice.

Crappie service, rude men. And iv taken my screen back twice and on the 3rd go back to be fixed right. Not happy

Service is old school and excellent. Can't think of a time I walked through the door without being greeted. More importantly asked if I needed help and actually providing it with a positive attitude. I live close and have made this my preferred choice before going to the massive depot for my home. Even if I could save a few bucks elsewhere I prefer to support this well run local store that puts service first. Wide selection and usually have what I need.

Excellent selection of stainless steel bolts and screws. Have good selection of items but not everything. Hit n miss sometimes. Excellent customer service to help you - they will find you to help and not the other way around!

May I suggest getting the older gentleman (sorry don't know his name) off of keys. Off of the register. And have him stick to door greeting. I came here because you were closer and smaller and maybe easier to deal with. Two visits, both poor experiences. I'll stick to Home Depot.

They don't keep stock on a lot of plumbing and electrical and the employees aren't trade savvy.
