The nursery is beautiful, big and has variety of plants and trees to choose from. They are maintained well and look healthy. Some are more in stock than the others. The prices are reasonable. The workers on the field work hard and are helpful. However, they only have 24 hour exchange policy and no warranty of their plants once sold unlike any other nurseries we went to. Moreover the manager does not care about customer service (in his own words) and was very rude on the phone. We spent thousands of $$$ but didn't get good customer service. It's a shame that such a nice nursery only cares about making money but doesn't care about serving customers!
