Garden Village Apartments, Sacramento CA

People can sit here and talk trash about it. They can complain of roaches and bed bugs. The problem isn’t the apartments, it’s the people in them. No, they’re not bad or anything, hell, the apartments are considerably nice inside. But, people are the ones who don’t take care of the roaches and bedbugs, all they have to do is call the exterminator. But the people there are pretty easy going. Just mind your business and you won’t have any issues.

This place is infested with roaches & bedbegs. I've witnessed 3 buildings being treated for bedbugs & not a place you want you family at at all.

Not bad like ppl say it is. Just mind your own business and you'll be fine. I live here for 3 yrs and no issues with the ppl around me so far.

Garden Village sucks. The ask you to pay for replacement light bulbs. They are infested is roches and bed bugs. Which the suck at getting rid of. Bad ass kids brake your car windows and run in front of your car. Kelly on of the management is a bitch and dont like black people and about 30% of us are black. Do not rent from them i wouldnt even want my worst enemy to live here.

Management allows tenants to roam around the apartments and harass the tenants. Reports can be made and yet management does nothing about it. There isn't even security patrolling the area.

The manager is a lier. The building I was part of (infested with cocktail roaches. It's filled with drug addicts on section 8. It's in one of the worst parts if sacramento. When things break u have to ask 8 tines and wait months to get anything repaired. If that ain't enough for you to find another place to go, then I'm sure you will fit in just fine
