Our experience with realtors has been mostly miss and not so much hit in looking for land. There was a property listed on Garrigus's site that we were interested in. We asked our real estate agent to find out about it so we could go look at it. We didn't hear anything for a week.
I went on their site and chose "schedule a showing" I heard from them within about an hour and they said that it wasn't their listing and they'd need to get in touch with the listing agent for us. They were really personable and told me to expect to hear from them in a few hour or the next morning.
True to their word, I got an email from them that evening saying they'd been in touch with the listing agent who should be in contact with us (I'm still waiting for him.), gave me his contact info and offered more help if we needed it. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.
