5Well can’t get a hold of anybody for general questions. Pretty much all you can do is leave them a message and someone will get back to you. Sorry guys, I don’t have that much time to wait for a response.
Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a very, very long time. Very quick response to my inquiry and went well above and beyond in dealing with my issue. I will be sure to continue to buy Garvin products for my jeep and heavily modified E350 4x4. Great Products and excellent customer service.
Five stars!
First thing to note is that this is not a retail location: Garvin is a manufacturing shop that doesn't sell retail. However, they do handle customer service matters from their location.
I give these guys five stars for three reasons: 1) The products are well-designed, well-built, packaged carefully and they include all the correct parts; 2) Garvin customer service is outstanding, particularly if you are in San Diego and can drive over to interact with them; 3) Ron is professional, congenial and very typical of how San Diegans really are.
My interactions with them started because I ordered their products from a third party vendor who was kind enough to let me go pick them up directly from Garvin, in order to save some shipping. That was great and enabled me to meet Ron. Unfortunately, the vendor sold me the wrong stuff and once I realized it, I had to work with Garvin to fix what had not been their mistake. Ron was just outstanding, and I now have a fantastic roof rack that fits correctly on my Isuzu Trooper.
The absolute best quality racks, bumpers, and tire carriers you will find, bar none.
Handmade in America, one at a time.
Awesome guys and the best product solution for my Jeep rack. Bought an expedition rack. Didn’t have to wait 6 months like the other companies saw their racks and the wait isn’t worth it, don’t get me wrong the competition has a nice ahem rack but I needed mine now. I didn’t want to drill into my freedom top and this rack doesn’t require drilling or any permanent mods. I can still remove the top completely with the rack staying on or partially. It actually holds more weight than is stated without any issues. You can actually pick up the rack in person if you live close by in San Diego.
