Gaslamp Garage, San Diego CA

No type of customer service, they had Sercurity follow me, I couldn’t tell who worked in this establishment no one had name badges nor at least a lanyards. Product wise they have a lot of selection beach wear, glasses, almost every classic souvenirs, but for me not worth coming back to

I have spoken to the Gaslamp garage three times via phone.
I been told the owner would contact me about a simple minor issue.
My coffee cup that I bought had the plastic graphics melt in the microwave.
I would like a replacement.
I have not been able to communicate with the staff or owner.
Email contact would be helpful.
I was contacted and a new coffee mug was delivered to my house.

I am here visiting San Diego. I have been souvenir shopping all day at multiple stores no problem. I stumbled upon this store late at night. Looking at a few things. Until an employee approached me telling me I have to leave. I then replied asking why and he said that his manager said "I look dirty" I felt mortified. I looked down at myself and I was wearing a brand new shirt I bought today and clean shorts. I complied and left the store no problem. But still insecure I approached 2 strangers asking if I looked dirty and they no. Nothing about you looks dirty. Just very rude and irrational coming from the manager. None of the other stores had an issue with me shopping at their stores.

Quite expansive souvenir ship on a corner in the Gaslamp area. They have a plethora of items ranging from shirts, hats, watches, glasses, Keychain, magnets ect. You definitely can find a trinket to pick up here from your trip. The store is large and really clean given the amount of foot traffic. I will say I didn't see a strong presence of employees working or on the floor when I went in.

Extremely unprofessional customer service from the older lady with a bob Please stop judging a book by its cover. I told her multiple times I was just browsing, and she followed me around the store. It’s embarrassing that you’re taking a job that you make $50,000 a year at, so seriously, higher-ups need to retrain you.

Fun store with TONS of cute souvenirs and clothes for all ages! A little overpriced but you can find something for everyone there!

What a quirky, cute gift shop! Every souvenir imaginable, and some I'm pretty sure you never imagined. The shop is located right on the main drag in the Gaslamp District, you can't miss it! So swing by and grab some souvenirs for those poor folks back home so they'll always have memories of your trip to San Diego!
