I will say I am so thoroughly impressed with DPT. I'm recovering from bilateral knee replacement. My therapist, Phillip, is a brilliant young man. We've worked together before and have a great report. The office is clean, neat, well maintained, and the equipment is excellent. Phillip is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate
therapist. I am thrilled to be working with DPT and Phillip again, and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Dr. Paul for putting together a great team and operation.

In my initial screening, Paul thoroughly evaluated my back/leg issues and set up a schedule of treatments. So far I have had two treatments which have helped me. Paul pays attention to every detail of my treatment. It is obvious he knows what he is doing.

After 11 weeks with the Gaspar team in Encinitas I’ve seen a tremendous recovery from a traumatic leg injury. I attribute my recovery primarily to the efforts of my therapist, Philip Demoss. His expertise and personal attention are exceptional. All of the staff members who worked with me were knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I’d also like to single out Margaux Maribao for her outstanding patient service with insurance, billing and scheduling. While I’m continuing with remote video sessions I’ll miss the in-person sessions I’ve looked forward to. A huge THANK YOU to the entire team!

Over the years I've been to Gaspar physical therapy for help on my knee replacement in 2001, and most recently back/ laminotomie and shoulder surgery. My recovery has been well beyond any expectations and I would highly recommend Gaspar physical therapy. I'm 61 and surf everyday. No way I would be doing that without their help.

I recently had 6 stents placed around my heart. My cardiologist recommended I do rehab with Gaspar doctors of Physical Therapy. So far I have been very happy with their Physical Therapy. They are closely monitoring what my heart is doing while taking the rehab.therapy. I feel safe. Also, I have a lot of arthritis limitations and they are doing a great job of taking into account those physical limitations while working on strengthening/improving my mobility.

Philip is awesome. Took a genuine interest in what was causing me pain, and has helped 'fix' the underlying issue. 10/10!

I have only been a patient at Gaspar for 2 weeks but have had an amazing experience so far. I have struggled with lower back pain originating from a car accident for more than 7 years and have tried therapy at 2 other clinics, pain medications, chiropractors, personal trainers, and even had radial nerve ablation surgery 2 years ago - all have been useless. I had gotten used to waking up in pain every day and was even told by my doctor that I needed to adjust to my "New normal". Out of desperation I decided to give physical therapy one more try and came to see Vicki at the Encinitas Gaspar office. She is awesome! She was thorough, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. In my very first evaluation session she said that my pelvis was rotated and out of alignment (not sure of the right technical words) and took a few minutes to adjust it. When I woke up the next morning I hadn't felt that good in YEARS. It was like I'd had something dislocated for so long that I forgot what it felt like to have it lined up the right way. My pain was gone, my flexibility was much better and I felt "loose" for the first time in a long time. In the last week I went back again and am now starting a full rehabilitation program but continue to feel great and am finally getting some hope that I can get back to the outdoor activities I really love. I have spent hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars on treatment and therapy and Vicki figured out in a matter of minutes something that no one else did. I am truly grateful to her and cannot recommend the team at Gaspar highly enough.

I just completed an 8 week PT program at Gaspar - Encinitas following a multilevel spinal fusion surgery last October. I was fortunate enough to be assigned to Philip DeMoss who is a talented and competent DPT. Philip is very personable and caring and took a personal interest in my wellness. I feel that my progress has been significant as I am moving and feeling very well. And I end my program with the skills I need to continue on a positive recovery path. The entire staff at the Encinitas location is wonderful and the energy there is happy and upbeat. I was never kept waiting for any of my appointments which was much appreciated. I would definitely return to Gaspar if I find myself in need again and would gladly and most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for PT services.
