#1 Been in store 3x each time a bad experience. First time dude was hitting on my gf the whole time. Could hardly get his attention to see if they had a game gf left so he would stop talking to her.

#2 had a disk drive fixed on a Xbox hot quoted a price then called and told it was gonna be more money because I smoke and they would norm just throw my Xbox away cus of it…. But they cleaned and fixed it anyways but it cost an extra $50 (I DONT SMOKE!). Did not find out till picking Xbox up they buy USED parts on eBay and hese thoes parts for repairs. Chargemost the cost of a new Xbox for a repair with used parts!
: EDIT repairs on Xbox lasted 4 months already broken same issues needs new disk drive! I DONT SMOKE

#3 went in for the new TOTK out of stock. Not sure how you can be out of stock if it when every other store has it. I mean I would buy from another store and sale at cost before I would just mot have it in stock.
So I decided to buy 2 ramune drinks from case (no prices) guy rings them up and they’re $5! Each!
He then asks me how much I like them cus he could order me a case of 32 I asked the cost he said $5 each! WOW
For example there’s another store local these are sold for $2.69 and a case online costs around $40 he wanted $160

Good stuff guys! This place has all of your gaming needs. From old stations like the PS1 to new stations like you switches and Xboxes. They do have plushies as well as hard figurines. They even cover all of the super popular cards games like Magic & Yu-Gi-Oh. They even gots the DnD books, so you knows they gots the dice as well.
To top it all, they have a very competent crew that know thier stuff and (a) technician (s) that is able to work on what ever system needs working on, from the old consoles to the brand spanking new ones.
This is the all rounder right here. And the only one of its kind here in good ol’ inland Mendocino.

Everyone that works at Gateway are absolutely awesome, their selection of games and cards are fantastic, and prices are great.

Helpful service. They were especially kind to a couple who were on vacation in the area that wanted to play some Magic the Gathering. They have good prices and carry current sealed draft boxes. Also, the store staff was enthusiastic about the game and it's nice to spend money in a store that cares about the product.

Fantastic staff and super helpful. Came in for a switch controller and it works amazing. Have many board games as well. Cannot wait to pick up one!

Just buying games. They do provide an electronic repair service. But they'll give you a different price every time you talk to them then charge you the maximum estimated amount.

Great place. Super knowledgeable staff. I love all the vintage games as well as the tabletop stuff. Fair prices on used games as well. Go here before Gamestop!

These guys are awesome! I went in and needed some files transferred to a thumb drive, there was no hesitation at all! The fella that did it was super efficient and super kind. He was so sweet!
