Gateway Station Apartments reviews
16Valeria and Elicia were great during our entire stay. Thank you for such a a great experience!
Nice place. Ellicia is awesome to work with along with other staff. Very responsive with needs and answers to questions. Reason for 4 stars is the pigeon issue at back porch landing area. Even with spikes, they are landing on the floor with their feces and even on my chairs. The whole site has a pigeon issue which can be very bothersome.
Cristina help us to see the apartment and she explain everything very well and walk us through. Outstanding service
I lived last winter in these apartments and I want to report that they have infestations of pigeons, pigeons in the state of California are a pest, they do not allow visitors with cars, They stole my tool from the parking lot and they did not collaborate with videos from their cameras, the security cameras do not work, they are fake,
Leave time my Appartment good condition No return my 700 $ hundred lease no good security my two bike lost no working camera please aware everyone it’s cheater owner and staff
Thank you so much to Christina for ALL of the amazing help! Such an simple and easy move in experience
My name is Stacey Parker, I've been living in this community since 2020, and every time that i have put in a work order, maintenance come right away. They are very efficient.
Gateway Station Apartments maintenance team is so prompt from when you put in your maintenance request. In addition they do a good job. Thank you
They have an infestation of pigeons, they defecate on the balconies, windows, doors, transmitting diseases and they do not accept visitors with cars.
Any maintenance request I’ve submitted have been completed promptly and efficiently. The maintenance crew are all very nice and respectful.
I’ve been here for about 3 years and 7 months. Recently, transferred to a larger unit with a friend and transition went well. Staff is really nice. Amenities are great and grounds are clean.
I had a pleasant experience living there. Since I did not need management's assistance, everything was good. Problems started when we moved out. They charged me more than $500 for 'clean up amd painting'. The apartment wasn't dirty and I didn't even put anything up on the walls. They charged me another $200 for miscellaneous stuff like $55 for gate opener. I told them that I was unaware that something was missing and I can drop it off in a week but they told me that I only had the weekend. Mind you, I moved pretty far away. All in all, they did not return any security deposit for a normal clean apartment. Not a good move out experience.
Our homes come with washing machines and a refrigerator and there's the pool and gym to go to when you feel like it + 2 kid parks and a dog park the rents expensive but it's a nice little community
Maintenance showed up very quickly from the time I called. Maintenance is always very polite, friendly and helpful. Good job maintenance!
I had liked the apartment initially and was very satisfied with the move in process. It has been 3 months now and I notice that there are false noise complaints due to noisy neighbors elsewhere on the floor that I live in. I was contacted by management and asked to minimize walking due to thin walls. The resident directly below was ill-mannered and obnoxious enough to knock on our door and complain about 'footsteps and walking'. I politely directed her to management. How is one supposed to refrain from walking inside their own unit? The sheer absurdity of the request is baffling. Is one supposed to refrain from using the toilet because the resident below seems to hear the flush? Is the intention to mock and raise complaints of people against a particular background/ethnicity? The whole apartment seems to be constructed from very poor material, which allows for trucks, cars and other road vibrations to penetrate into the building, while also allowing noise from the residents below and in the same floor. This includes banging, music, hammering and skateboarding. The dogs/cats on the ground floor are let loose and bark at the people walking by with owners not monitoring the issue. The pets on the other floors constantly dirty the walkways and staircases, with owners failing to clean up after their messes. The resident below seems to have the luxury of time to comment on people's whereabouts and time spent inside the unit, but needs to be more mindful of the noise emanating from their own unit. I would strongly recommend that the management team review and strictly corroborates the reviews being falsely raised. A carpeted flooring and strict rules for pet owners, residents with children would help.
Where do I start? First off when I visited the property for a tour, I was fascinated on how beautiful and luxurious the property was. I honestly thought I never get approved, but fortunately they end up working with me to get me in. I was very grateful for becoming a new resident at Gateway Station apartment. From receiving acceptance, I collected my keys 12/09/22. Been moving in and working my full time job at the same time, which can get extremely overwhelming. After all my things were finally moved, I experienced an devastating event. On 12/16/22 I was leaving to work and noticed my car was GONE! I first thought it was towed, but seeing glass on the ground indicating that it was stolen. When I informed the property about the situation, they were just as shocked as i was and informed me that they never had anything like this happen before. From that point they ensured me that they will do all they can on their end. This was definitely a horrific event and could’ve turned out a whole lot worse, but thankfully I wasn’t physically hurt. I would say i’m mentally hurt/ traumatized, but time will pass and hopefully I can go into the New Year with blissful events & memories with Gateway Station Apartments.
