Great gym, everything is in good condition. It can get a bit busy at times, both am and pm. Staff is good except the ladies in front, more often than not they come off as antisocial and condescending. The rest are great though and very helpful. As good as the place is, I do wish it was 24hr.

Early mornings are best if you don't like a crowded workout, all machines are usually available. Front desk girl friendly and very helpful. I've been overall satisfied with this Gb3.

I am a 62 year old man who has been working out all my life. This is the one of the best gyms in my experience period. There are lots of windows and lots of light which is wonderful. I've worked out in dark, artificially lite gyms "pits" and this is not that gym. Friendly staff and no roid ragers either and everyone is polite

Been to bigger chains like LA Fitness and 24 hr Fitness in big cities. GB3 is the real deal. New equipment. The owner constantly changes the machines. He leases them and replace the as new machines comes out. Other places have old, used, and dirty equipment.

Well, they have everything one needs and more, but who knows if youll actually get to use everything you need to, because this place is always suuper packed unless you go super early or late. I use this location for the studio and heavy bag equipment also they have a sauna and pool. As far as cleanliness goes honestly ive never seen anyone cleaning the equipment, but im sure they do.right?

Always clean. A lot of different equipment and classes available. Love the pool here. Would love to see some spartan training equipment (functional training). I know there is an area at the Palm location that is great for training grip strength, hanging, monkey bars, jump squats.

My favorite GB3! I been going here constantly for the last 2 years and live this place. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and energetic. The gym is clean, and you will always find a staff member cleaning throughout the day. The sauna and pool are always open and ready to use, even at 5am!

I absolutely love this place. It's incredibly clean and doesn't smell like sweat as some other gyms. They also have an incredible day care facility for kids

I really liked this gym. I just wish they offer more classes such as Sumba as early as 5 or 6am

Very nice. I usually frequent the one on Palm and I find this site to be similar in quality. Yes it is a bit smaller but I also found it less crowded.

Nice gym, has everything you need and is well cared for. Only complaint is that the front staff comes off as very anti social.

Has everything you need to get in shape, however the overall cleanliness is terrible. There are weight plates every where, mismatches plates on the racks, clutter, etc. Add that to the numbers of people working out/socializing/talking on their phones while on equipment, and it makes for a not so great experience. Definitely not what I expected given the outrageous registration fees. At the end of the day, the gym is sufficient to meet your goals, and that's really the main purpose of the gym.

Been going here for years! They have seen me completely ripped to chubby but I know this place will be here for me when I am ready no matter what! Thank You George Brown!

Good clean place to work out. Has alot of TV's to watch as you work out or music to listen to as your on the treadmill. Has a pool and 2 sauna. Daycare. Protein shake bar. Cycling room. Too much stuff to list. Plenty of parking space. Has everything you need!

This gym is great lots of different equipment to use. The only downside is how crowded it gets. They need to open another gym.
