Gustavo and his team are the best. I had a big problem with my existing 14 year old HVAC system and needed to fully replace it. After getting multiple quotes from a number of different highly rated HVAC companies I decided to go with GC heating and cooling. Gustavo came out to assess the job himself. It was clear he was very knowledgable and experienced. He was easy to communicate with and he provided a very competitive bid. I decided to go with them for the job. Gustavo's team installed a full new HVAC system in my house. The team got the job done in a timely fashion. They were very responsive, respectful, clean and knowledgable. The AC was not functioning due to a primary drain pipe problem. Was told that the issue is fixed but the secondary pipe still is draining water. Was told to replace the whole system for $17K for a minor issue.

They came early in the morning to install our new air conditioning system. They worked all day and stayed until the end to make sure everything was working properly. The L. A.weather seems to get hotter and colder for longer periods each year, plus the ever increasing cost of natural gas, we have finally decided to replace our gas furnace with an energy efficient heat pump/AC for our home. I contacted Gustavo through a friend's referral. Gustavo, owner of GC Heating and Cooling, was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what types of equipment that best fit our needs. The price was really reasonable, even after 8 months of delay on my part, Gustavo honored the price originally quoted. I got a 5-ton American Standard heat pump with AC for my 2600 sft 2-story home. The crew was fantastic, the entire installation took two days. The heating equipment that used to occupy a closet in the hallway got moved into the attic, the noise from the HVAC equipment really got reduced and we gained an extra closet space! With the new ducting and vents we can feel the heat quickly through out the house in the ongoing winter storms. We cannot wait for the hot summer to try out the AC!

Gustavo has been my "go to guy" for AC service and repair for a many years. His company has always exceeded my expectations, so when it came time to replace my 30+ year-old system, I naturally chose him. I decided on a Heat Pump system with two zones for my 2600 sq.ft.two-story home. This is a relatively new form of heating and cooling so I was a little hesitant at first to deviate from the traditional furnace system. Gustavo quoted a two-day installation. His crew arrived on time and finished the job within the time period promised. His crew was very professional and took care not to damage any of our property. Gustavo, who is the company owner, personally over saw the work, which was of high quality. The overall cost was very competitive and I would highly recommend GC Heating and Cooling, whether for equipment service/repair or full installation of a new system.

Assigned GC via home warranty repair (ORHP). Was very impressed with them throughput entire process. Then ended up having to order and install a new condenser and evaporator coil. Technician (Juan) and other two members of crew we’re very professional and did a great job. Was also very pleased and impressed with the overall on-going communication from their customer service representative (Alondra). Highly recommend this company.

I rarely and impressed with technicians sent out by my insurance company to take care of my claims, but this was an exception. Extremely impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and knowledge of Juan and Ryan. I called them out and fully expected as past experience has demonstrated time and time again, that they’d diagnose the problem and leave. But they didn’t. They actually fixed it!
