Gecko pest provided speedy affordable and detailed oriented service to our home in Durham. Jorden the Gecko tech was professional, and detailed oriented, he even informed us our side gate wasn’t latching correctly and provided us with a bunch of sticky traps! Highly recommend their service.

Matt was a delight to work with. His positive attitude, professional knowledge, intelligence & clear, easy communication gave me confidence in your company, Gecko. Matt showed an uncommon enthusiasm for his job. I believe that the job he did in my home was thoughtful as well as thorough. In addition to sharing his professional knowledge in an easy way he also showed me how to identify ant colonies, explained solutions and sources. Matt is an asset to your company. He is a great worker and also a nice person. I actually enjoyed his visit!

I appreciate having the bugs taken care of. I don't like waking up in the night with anything climbing on me. Or going into one of my sheds and being attacked by wasps. Thank you for taking them out for me.

I've had service from Gecko in the past at homes I've rented and have always been satisfied with their service and results. Today, I had their tech, Mathew, out to begin service for the first time at the home we just purchased. Mathew was great. He was punctual and personable and throughly explained what he would be doing and what kind of products he would be using around the property and inside the house. It was reassuring to know their products are not harmful to my dog, family and landscaping. The cost was fair and I expect to remain happy with the results.

Gecko has been coming every other month for the last year since we bought our first home. We had a pretty noticeable bug problem, especially with roaches and spiders, but after two visits from Gecko, we were already seeing a huge improvement!

Now we rarely see bugs inside the house, although now that summer has returned, we’re starting to see more roaches outside our house/garage so today we had them spray inside our garage to see if that will help! Great service/value! Thank you for keeping out home bug/free:)

I've been using Gecko for about a year now. It started when all of a sudden we had a million ants coming from out of nowhere. First, they responded to the request I posted on the Red Y website within maybe 2 minutes of hitting submit. HOLY COW THAT'S FAST!

After the first treatment, they warned me that the bugs might make a second wave and if so, all I needed to do was call and they'd send someone out for another treatment at no cost. Sure enough, I needed someone to come out for another treatment. That did it and they've been coming every other month since last summer.

I was laid off a month ago and needed to push out my service for a month, and they were beyond gracious and flexible!

I need to mention this because this sets apart Gecko from the rest. THERE'S NO CONTRACT!

The people manning the phones and text line are incredibly fast in their responses and professionalism. Their tech's lock my gate when they are done, leave a receipt in the mailbox. They spray inside when I need them to. Truly, they are the epitome of professionalism both inside the house and out.

I would recommend them and ALL of their staff to everyone who needs pest control or pest removal. They are far superior to the other pest control options in town by a long shot. I'm extremely pleased with their service and I'll be a customer for as long as I live in Chico!

We sought out help with a rodent problem and they were so helpful. Drew found the hole and closed it up as well as getting rid of all the cob webs around our house. He was extremely nice and professional. Glad we went with this company!

Gecko was timely in returning my call for service and easy to schedule with. Joe was the technician who came to my residence. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. 5 star service was well deserved.

Jordan came out and cold knocked one day, after trying to handle the problem ourselves we figured it was better to call the professionals. He and their office were awesome. I called, asked to have Jordan come back out to help us before a party and he made it out the same day I called. Very thorough, professional, and informative.

We had Drew come by and take a look at some pests that have been popping up in our neighborhood and he was able to tell me exactly what they were and where they come from! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. My wife and I have been using Gecko for years and we definitely recommend them!
