Adam assisted me with an IPad issue which had been troubling me for weeks. I was unable to find resolution through Apple or Verizon. Adam at the Best Buy Geek Squad Pasadena solved the problem within 30 minutes. He was courteous, very professional, and has a great personality. I trust he will go far up the professional ladder as he has all the qualities needed for success

Geek squad came to my house to setup a router and extender. They didn’t give me the right stuff. So I called back.
Got put on hold. Then got transferred to the phillippenes after being on hold. Then got transferred somewhere else.
Still on hold. This is ridiculous.
I have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone in the geek squad dept.and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED. I gave them my computer two days ago and they said they could back up the information on my desktop within 24-48-hours. No one called to give me the status and that is why I am calling them today?
Eddie was absolutely amazing! Extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He is such a great representation of Geek Squad and the Best Buy brand, and a master at Customer Service and Retention. In all sincerity, Eddie deserves a promotion and formal recognition. My initial experience with Geek Squad was not the best, but thanks to AutoTech Eddie I will be a returning customer!
Geek Squad quickly diagnosed my laptop issue (failed RAM) and recommended I reach out to the manufacturer for a replacement since I was still under hardware warranty. Did that and within 48 hours of dropping off my laptop and getting an expedited shipment of new RAM), I was up and running again on my laptop which I use for my company. Never used Geek Squad in the past and I will for again in the future! Highly recommend these guys (and gals).
