They wouldn't fix my computer. They charge $85 to ship it to the manufacturer who then will send you an estimate for repairs. If you call their number you are routed to India, Japan, or Brazil.

I worked with Sarik and she was absolutely wonderful. I’d scheduled an appointment through Apple.com to have my phone repaired and it made the appointment through these guys. Didn’t know they were Apple authorized but I was pleasantly surprised. Although my phone couldn’t be repaired, Sarik was so considerate of the cost associated with replacing my device. She gave me all my options and even told me to check with my provider first to see which option would be most affordable.

After following her advice, I ended up going back to her to have the device replaced bc she was the only person it seemed who was genuinely trying to help me. She was able to replace my phone, wipe my old one, and get my new device rockin and rollin. I HIGHLY recommend these guys and I’m so grateful to Sarik!

Criminally bad service.

Let me start off by saying the in-store techs are nice and helpful. The rest of this operation is severely lacking. It has been over 3 weeks to resolve a simple issue. The most frustrating part is 2 of those 3 weeks nothing has happened as they were "waiting for input" that I had already provided. I've had to call 5 times (each call has been 30+ minutes of my life) and they don't seem to understand that this laptop is what I use for my job. I can not, in good conscious, recommended buying anything from them

Had a computer issue, they had it for a week and a half. Sold me on buying a new hard-drive but once returned, the original issue was still present. Lacked communication through the whole process.

Complete waste of time and money.

Great! The changed my iphone screen in 30 minutes for an amazing price! I would recommend it to anyone!

Waaaay too long of a wait to ask a simple question.get more employees to answer please.
