They could not help me. I needed to get an app on my phone and they said to go to the phone department.

They don't know what they're doing with PCs, and honestly don't have any parts in stock either. I asked them to fix my heat sink, and they took the still broken one, put it back in the rig, and didn't even try to screw it in; just left it hanging by a cord and some thermal paste.
They were kind and didn't charge, but I WANTED to pay them for services which they apparently couldn't provide.

We bought a new receiver. They installed and hooked up laser disc, DVD along with the other stuff we have. My man is happy!

I brought my Iphone 8 here to replace the battery and when I got it back the vibration functionality no longer worked on my phone. It was working fine prior to my visit. I was able to get my money back but they would not offer compensation to repair the damaged vibration on my phone. The fix would actually cost more than the battery replacement. I actually lost money bringing my phone for repair here. This really hurts me because I'm no longer able to test any vibration functionality on my phone for IOS development for this device if not fixed. If you have any apple product I would recommend just bringing it somewhere else.

ZERO customer service! Went in with an appointment, the guy that was there didn’t seem to be wanting to help at all! He said he didn’t know anything about what could be done, we explained him what was going on and he acted like he didn’t cared. I usually have good things to say about best buy but this guy deserves to be home and not working “helping” people! Geek squad should be about helping customers, we didnt go there wanting to get the PC fixed for free but i guess they didn’t want our money.
