Rosa, the Manager of this Geek Squad is extremely unprofessional. I had a 3: 40 appointment but was told that Rosa was the only one that could help me. When they called her over she threw her head and arms down in disgust and said "well he is going to have to wait for 30 minutes, im busy". After waiting for a while I got upset and asked for the corporate number as I was told there was no one in the store higher than her. As I was on the phone with the corporate number explaining my situation, Rosa started arguing with me about what happened. At one point she even said "Don't talk about me if you don't know me". I can not believe that I was treated with this amount of unprofessionalism. AVOID AT ALL COST

It’s more affordable to get a degree in computer science and fix it yourself than to pay for their services

Geek squad has been very helpful in helping resolving an issue with an Asus gaming laptop that was still under warranty. I had purchased the laptop at Best buy, and after sending it back in for a repair, ASUS sent it back in worse condition. Obviously that's Asus' fault, But Best buy was able to resolve my issue at geek squad by processing in exchange for another one. It was overall painless and straightforward.
