Waiting for phone call to get my battery, tried calling went straight to voicemail left message and no response

I took my laptop to get fixed here bc i accidentally cracked the screen and they treated me with wonderful service, the nice lady gave me excellent customer service and i would definitely come back if i need something repaired again.

Took my phone in to repair the screen at 12: 45 on a Saturday and the tech said to come back in an hour. Came back at 1: 55 and the place was closed although the sign on the door says they're open 8 - 6 daily. Online says they close at 2. Would have been nice to know that now that I can't get my phone until Monday. Tech did not tell us that!

Hi don’t know any other way to get through to you just wondered if you repair PS4 and for how much would it be estimated at.
I think it’s only the HDMI as it turns on fine but doesn’t show up something with the port

They fried my motherboard and claimed it was my fault. Terrible customer service. Owner Eli is a clown with no social skills. Learn from my mistake and Avoid this sleazy computer repair shop like the plague.

The reply’s to some of the genuine reviews by this business is both unprofessional and disgusting. “Gross” customer service I’ll avoid ever taking my business here and urge you to do the same.

Unprofessional and rude staff. Hope they shut down. MCR Computers down the street was able to help me. I know you are a bunch of geeks with no social skills but learn how to talk to people
