Gel Nails & Spa, Placentia CA

I have been going to this place 7 years.ever since it opened. The service is always excellent and the girls that work here are kind and friendly.

I am not a person, who would usually write any bad/negative review about anything.
I visited here on Jan 16th, around 4pm.
I was highly disappointed, the service, and the staff werent welcoming at all. The lady doing my mani, kept forcing me to go for American nails or for some darker shade, she wasnt ready to do the shade I selected because the one i selected was light n she would have to do more tones, hence she kept forcing me to do darker shade. But I didnt agree. Than while cleaning n doing my mani, she hurt me few times, even after telling her to be gentle, she just kept doing it the way she wanted. Than I requested for Gel Pedicure, the lady didnt understand or she didnt listen, I dnt know, but she did regular nails, (which means I couldnt do any other work, til my nails were dried completely.)
My Manicure came off in just 1 week, that horribly she had done my nails. Also my nails werent shaped properly, every nail was uneven.
I was leaving for trip the next day (Jan 17th) and before I could enjoy the trip, my nails started to crack. I am so so upset with the service, I will never go back here and will never recommend this place to anybody.
I think the owner or manager, whoever is incharge, should train their staff to be polite and humble.
Sorry, but the service was very very poor, and the staff was just not welcoming.

I went yesterday and had exceptional service by Tiffany. I am also in the beauty industry, and feel her customer service and skills are top notch! Let me tell you I am a women that knows what she wants, and home girl listened lol. She truly listens to what the customer is asking, and I left with just that! She will 100% keep my business. Am definitely going back! I never received so many compliments on my nails and it’s just been 1day! Team Tiffany ;)

About a 5 days ago i went in to get a set of gel nails the gal doing my nails was so busy talking to the other 2 lady's that she cut my finger. 4 days later one of the nails came off so i called to ask if i could come in and get it fixed the lady said "well hurry up because we are closing early today at 6pm so i left work early and when i got there it was 19 min to 6pm the lady said" can you come tomorrow because its almost closing. " WTH! I paid them for this service.all three were there just sitting there looking at me.not one offered to fix my nail.i said why didn't you say that to me on the phone when i called! Why would you have me drive here for nothing.they were rude from the start the gal who did my nails made me feel like she was in a hurry.and did't want to do my nails.very uncomfortable.i wish i could say to my friends and family "oh yea go to this place they are kind, friendly and care about their customers! For me it was quite the opposite i would not recommend this place.

This place is horrible the nail tec cut me she was so busy talking to the other 2 ladies. They were so rude I didn’t feel comfortable at all. 5 days later a nail popped off so I called to ask if they could fix it and the lady said we close early today at 6pm so hurry up. So I left work early and got 19 minutes before 6pm. The lady tells me can you come tomorrow it’s almost closing time WHAT THE HECK i paid you for your services and you can’t fix it? Why didn’t you tell me that when I called? I left work early drove all the way over there for nothing! All three lady’s sat there looking at me.not one offered to fix my nail. I’m so upset more because they made me feel horrible.horrible this place doesn’t care about their Customers they are not kind or friendly.would never recommend

This place cut up all my fingers during a manicure. I complained a few times but the skin only looked irritated at the moment but it was burning. The next day some of the skin peeled off! They were small cuts but It was burning all day. The worst part is that when I called the manager she said they cant do anything about, only say sorry. They wouldn’t even offer a discount if returned to visit or anything to make for it.
