This serves you raw food and you cook it yourself. There are some exceptions tho, some food ordered can be made by chefs. I love the salads they serve here. The atmosphere is welcoming and a bit futuristic with the lighting. Once you pay the initial money, it's a Buffet pretty much. The service here is quite nice too, servers are always present and rotating around the place to ensure everything is ok. 5/5. Every experience here is memorable, do make sure to call in advance so you may reserve if you suspect it may be busy. Never went in on an extremely busy day, most I've ever waited for a table is around 20 mins. Do make sure to call and confirm with the servers on the wait time, nevertheless a hidden gem in the back on the food mall next to the freeway.

When I went there with a friend, it was crowded and, we had to be on a waiting list. It didn't take long because some people didn't show up after their names were called. It took us about 15 minutes to be seated. The server was so busy that she didn't get our right order for most of the time. All of the meat we ordered were delicious though, especially the marinated beef.

Most Gen locations have slow service. This location always has a quick turn around when it comes to meat ordering and requests.

My party consisted of 15 people. They sat us in three different tables. Understanding. The food was totally bomb. Undeniably the bugogi and cajun pork belly are my go to. The one part that I felt they lack is the attentiveness of refills. But otherwise good atmosphere

This GEN reminds me of the one in Hawaii! Very clean and the staft is very alert. I've been to another location closer to home but this one is worth the extra 3 mile drive on the opposite direction! Parking isnt the greatest but I'll work with that. And the yelp waitlist is amazing!

While the food was the same, the overall service did suffer due to short-staffing for this day. Our server tried to keep up pace and did a good job. We were satisfied and understand the business when a restaurant is taxed with shortage of waitstaff and there are plenty of tables to attend.

I come in with my son & family when it comes to Korean BBQ. The fun of it is that you'll pick the type of meat u desire and cook it urself on top of ur table there's a grill for u to grill the marinated meats. Very nice cozy & clean, reasonable price.

Not the best quality. Our service was below mediocre, but I get it. Saturday night. We had to repeat our order like 3 times for the server to bring what we asked for. Go to red castle.

It's clean with a variety of meats to chose from to be grilled as you order. Inexpensive but, a nice place to enjoy. The sevice was a bit low but, the food quality is great.

Melissa was Soooooo Nice! Great customer service. Came during lunch and and got the lunch AYCE $15.99 per person. Tipped 20% (that's how good she was). The briskets were really fresh. Wasn't a fan of the short ribs. Bulgogi beef was okay. Overall the meat was fresh. Nice decoration.

The service is consistently efficient, excellent mood, very nice employees. Will eat here again when I am in the area.
