They made an appointment for the next morning. Jorge arrived on time and checked out both spots, using a moisture sensor, and took photos of the spots and the moisture meter readings. It turned out one area was just a natural discoloration of the bamboo, no excess moisture. The other area did indeed have some excess moisture, and George diagnosed it as coming from the nearby window, and recommended that I contact a window company to reseat/recaulk and install some flashing. No mold or real damage yet, yay! Anyway, he was pleasant and efficient, and I would recommend this company.

The guys at this restoration helped me out when my hot water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night. They walked me through shutting the water off and arrived the next day with a brand new water heater and installed it for me! I highly recommend their services to anyone that needs disaster relief!
