Following the city inspection of the hot water tank, two minor corrections were needed. Hector arrived early in the window I was working with. He agreed with the city's identified corrections and set about to fix them. He was done in a reasonable amount of time and he did an excellent job in showing me what the corrections were and how to use several features of the water heater that had not been explained when the water heater was originally installed.

Our servicemen were very respectful and helpful. They were punctual and provided information and pictures as to what our problems were. They were neat and clean. We were very pleased with their service. Quotes were reasonable.

General Air is the best In the AC, heating and plumbing company's in the entire valley. I use them at my home and for my clients at PGA West and have never had a problem til now:
I experienced sticker shock when I recently was informed my ducts had ti be replaced and that my heater needed repairs totaling over $ 7 000.00, then I was told my gas line to the pool heater needed repacement for an additional $ 9,000.00, I still don't know why A 2" pipe running from my gas meter to poo l heater cost so much. I am doing the job because I have faith in and trust The General
Bit I think a quote like mine should be better explaimed.

Does lightning strike twice? It did here: within days after a water infiltration-which The General immediately addressed after-hours (see my review from last week) -we noticed an apparent water leak along the ceiling in several rooms-Once again, The General responded quickly and came Wednesday night-again, AFTER-normal hours (and on Thanksgiving "eve"), collaborated with our emergency repair person, called in to The General's primary HVAC specialist-who knows the house's history and layout from the General's nine years of servicing the house-and promptly diagnosed the suspected source, shut down the offending empt, and prepared back-up plan for a plumbing diagnosis if indicated. That's the great thing: The General does HVAC and Plumbing-and we didn't know from the start what the cause was. So glad we subscribe to The General's premium plan and they maintain comprehensive records from our system's installation nine years ago. Here's hoping the house is now water-tight.

Dec. 8,2021: Alex Ortega was right on time for our appointment to flush the water heater and remove the instant-hot water maker from the kitchen sink; because "The General" does both plumbing AND HVAC, Alex was also able to snap a picture and transmit notes to the HVAC Team regarding our HVAC condenstaion lines that need to be addressed. Great work and efficient collaboration with the HVAC side of The General.

We have used General Air for our HVAC maintenance for years now. They are always professional and extremely competent and accommodating. We are extremely satisfied clients. Our last technician, Mike has been out a few times and is friendly, always thorough and professional.

The General always confirms the reservation the day prior and the day of and let you know who your technician is through a text along with a photo coupled with background of the technician. If you are looking for an air-conditioning and plumbing company, this is a really good one.
