Don't let them touch your plane! I took my family on a vacation to SoCal, and a couple of young, inexperienced line crew attempted to move my plane to a different spot. My parking break wasn't on, but they overstressed the nose wheel and broke the shear pin. The manager, Andrew Geraghty, acknowledged it was a simple repair, and offered to pay for the part plus 1 hour labor. I submitted the invoice for the repair within the week, but then it quickly became clear he had no intention of reimbursing me. After two months of email correspondence about how he couldn't pay because of a compromised checking account, I finally gave up. Thankfully it was only $112 but could have been much worse.
