I put down a deposit for new windows seven months ago, secured a permit for the work three months ago, and since then have been trying without success to actually schedule the work.

Sometimes I get through and am told there will be a call later. There never is. Most of the time, nobody answers and their voicemail is full.

The whole point was to avoid additional leaking before the rain comes. With rain in the forecast, I've been left high and (not) dry.

The guys did a beautiful job replacing two windows for us. I will give General B a call next time for windows and doors. Word to the wise: be patient while waiting for your order. I think it's out of General B's hands, though. Some things just take longer than they used to, including ordering custom windows.

I give very high marks to General B Contractor and Shota's team for my window replacement. They are very attentive to my inquiries and their work quality is excellent. We are actually continuing other kind of projects at my home now.

Is awesome! From our first meeting till the end of the job, he followed through with everything he said he was going to do. He showed up on time, gave me a time line of when the material/windows would be delivered and had his extremely efficient workers installed 15 windows and a sliding glass door in one day for a fair price. Being a painting contractor myself, I’m very detail oriented and I appreciate the structure of his business. I have already referred him to my clients and I will continue to do so in the future.

I usually don’t write reviews but had to for Shota and his company. They are literally the most responsive and courteous people to work with. They quoted, scheduled and showed up when they said they would and best of all, they did a fantastic job. They finished the job on schedule and cleaned up as if they were never here. Very reasonable and high quality work. Would highly recommend them!

Shota helped me even though I didn't use there services!
My window got broken and I called them but they told me my place was far away and they can't make it. However, he insisted to help me finding another supplier not affiliated with his company. He also gave me advices and was always answering my calls. He put a lot of efforts to make me feel not worried. At the end he told me that he will arrange with his crew to come and fix it themselves if I could not find other business.
It would be great if there are more professional people like Shota in other places that make you not to worry when you have a problem like mine.
