Highly recommend going in person to check out their selections of diamonds. Excellent service with reasonable prices. Got my future fiancé a nice custom diamond and ring within two weeks of wait. Will go back again for another ring for myself one day.
My wife wedding n engagement ring that we purchased from 9 years ago in need to be resized. After consulting with a friend who used to work for a Jewelry company, she said to always go back to where u purchased them as they usually would have the ring mold and would typically take care of the old customer better than outside.
Glad we did. We went back to General Diamonds, still remember Farid and Aida who helped me when I bought the rings long time ago.
My wife's 2 rings were resized to perfection. It was difficult to resize bcoz both rings has small diamonds all around. They need to enlarge and add 2-3 more small diamonds for each ring. Yet Farid just charge me a very small fee for it. I truly appreciate it!
