The environment is comfortable and inviting. Dr. Ibanez is very competent, thorough, patient, compassionate, and takes the time to fully answer every question or concern. Her staff are all very professional, patient and kind which helps reduce the stress of administration of eye drops for dilation and the taking of photos of the eyes for examination. You’re in good hands at Generations Family Optometry!
It was my first time visiting generations family optometry and I have to say the staff and the eye specialist at this place were amazing. Very sweet and friendly. They took great care of me. They’re very helpful and patient. I would recommend them any day. I really loved the service I received. If there were more stars I would not hesitate to to give them all they deserve a ten. I had an issue with one eye that had gradually worsened over the course of a decade, and the optometrist I went to in Modesto basically told me the damage was irreversible and I would need to see a specialist just to find out how to keep it from getting even worse. Dr. Ibanez diagnosed the root of the problem on my first visit and prescribed a treatment regimen that has in fact reversed most of the damage. No lecture about letting it get so bad, just friendly, compassionate, expert education and care.
2 generations giving excellent eye care. Have been a patient here since 1987 and I won't go anywhere else.
