Very rude door to door solicitation. Insults you when you are just trying to say no thank you. Ignored my no solicitation signs. Very disrespectful.

This was such an easy and streamline process. These guys handled everything. They took the measurements, helped us with design choices, and the ordering and install process was fast and painless. It looks so good and I’m so pleased with our new outdoor space! Such value and professionalism!

The installers from Genesis Home Improvement were punctual and worked until sundown on a very large roof. Gabriel answered any questions I had during the installation; and Joe, the project manager communicated throughout the project. I am very satisfied with the installation and materials used for my new roof. I highly recommend this company!

Work was completed on time. Workers were friendly. Did walks thur while work was being done. Did small things like making sure the cable wires were hidden, scraped windows of paint that I left when I painted.

They always asked if we had any questions about what they were going, made sure this is what we wanted

Johnny was genuinely knowledge able and passionate about the product, very personable and openly honest. Memo even got compliments from all my neighbors for his precision, neatness and hard work. He was dependable and extremely thorough. Horacio was always pleasant and listened to my questions. My home is now like new. I am satisfied, happy and a little house proud. So glad I chose Genesis to revive and improve my house.

Genesis crew was very professional and stood by the agreed upon elements. The paint texture, color and trim look great. They were very careful with clean-up and protected the plants from damage.

This is the second job I had Genesis come in and do and I am bloody happy with the results of both. First they took care of my roof and now my windows. Joe, the project manager, was professional and extremely thorough. He came through and measured my windows several times to make sure that all was as it should be before the new windows were ordered. The two gents that came to install the windows came in and got right down to business. They cut down the bars and took the ratty windows, along with the bars away. Tony, the installer on the job, came in with his partner and right away tackled the job of replacing the windows that I swear Methuselah himself installed decades ago. If ever I need any other work done that Genesis covers I will most definetly call them first. They are a hardworking company with workers that are extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. I am very very happy with all the work the company has done and as I said before if ever I need anything else that they provide they will most definitely be the first I call.

Genisis did the roof to the home we purchased a couple of years prior to us buying. They lapped the underlayment incorrectly at the drip edges and used nails and sealant to fill gaps at roof penetrations. Not good. Prior to finding this, a salesman came to my door and wanting to paint. When i called the office to ask for a quote they said they would not speak to me unless my spouse was present. When i said no, they hung up on me. Dont bother with this company.

We are in the middle of a painting project and it has been nothing but a disappointment. The project manager Sebastian makes promises he doesn’t keep, is disrespectful when he talks to us and does not keep us informed about the project. The painters have left a mess. When asking them about drip marks they said don’t worry they will fix them. Now they are saying they were there before. They are not doing a good job many spots have primer coming through and the seams of the siding is cracked. They primed our garage door when it says not to paint the garage door clearly on the contract. Now our garage door company says the warranty is null and void. They still haven’t replaced our garage door. I would give it one star but Brian who we signed our contract with has been extremely helpful and does a good job as a salesman. I just wish he knew how the rest of his company operated. Not worth the money we paid for a lifetime warranty on this paint. Hoping they rectify this situation and get the job done right.

Had our two story home get a new shingle roof... With existing solar panels being removed and put back on with new wiring, conduits, and mounts! The Ridgeline vent will help all our attics release excess hot air to keep our home cooler. And the labor and materials warranties are good for us and one buyer-for 50-years!

Frist like to say thank you Tim for taking the time to explain ALL of what Genesis Home Improvements is and going to do on my rooftop and now that I see the grate work they ALL did I’m vary happy! And if I may say Hilary put the roof though a good test! I was looking n looking for a company that would give me good quality work and GENESIS did. I recommend them highly. THANK GUYS!
