Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Very shady sales people. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Review of the service department: I went today for an appointment scheduled a few weeks ago and they gave me the run around until they could find the service manager. Then he told me that most of his staff quit a few weeks ago and they couldn't take my car. I understand that things happen, but I would have appreciated a phone call. I dragged my family and children out there to give me a ride back and wasted everyone's morning.

Unacceptable costumer service considering this is suppose to be a “luxury brand”. It took a finance manager two plus weeks to get back to us about our case. Feels as if the entire dealership is avoiding the reality that the car they sold us broke down 3 days into our purchase. Now we have been dealing with the stress of a lemon law since September, since the dealership is avoiding all our calls. They also have lied on our paperwork about mileage on the car.

My car buying experience with Alex Lira at Genesis car dealership was outstanding. His friendly demeanor and in-depth understanding of the cars helped me make an informed decision. Alex went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences, making the entire process efficient and enjoyable. I would confidently recommend him to others looking for a positive car buying experience.

Terrible entrance for maintenance and they take soooo long doing nothing. Stick to Hyundai instead of genesis lol

This reading would in fact be two stars if not for the great service provided by the beautiful and kind Ashley and the service Director Jeff does doing everything he can to make Genesis of Glendale your go to spot for automotive needs and also Keith they took care of the loaner situation super fast super easy I couldn’t of asked for a better experience and the two stores is coming from my last experience dealing with the previous team.

Another update:

After a few bad service experiences, I was hesitant to go back, yet I went today. I pleasantly learned that they are under new management. It showed.

Their service team was kind, friendly and thoughtful to my needs. The service Advisor, Zaira, was sincere with her effort to help the client and thorough in informing every step of it. (I had a very strange issue with two dead animals found under the hood)

Now I can go back to the dealership for future service and other needs with no anxiety.

After the bad experience with the service personnel I mentioned below, I had a great experience today. Wysteria, a concierge service rep, helped me today to find a time slot to take care of my urgent needs amid their very booked busy service schedule.

She was genuinely concerned about my problem and sincerely tried her best to help me. What a difference a service rep can make for your organization!

Purchasing experience was fine. I think I got a great deal. In fact I enjoyed the attention from the owner and the finance manager, and sales staff.

But the maintenance service was the worst I've ever experienced with any car I've owned. After all, this is a luxury brand with which they want to compete with German and Japanese cars. The service rep flat-out lied about the loaner car policy. She said they can't provide a loaner car for my insurance policy. I have a coverage with a major insurance company, and it turned out a lie. Then she kept my car for a few days, not even bothering to update me on the status until I called towards the end of each day. Even then, she rushed to end the call and I probably spoke to her less than 30 seconds each time. Her excuses for keeping the car seem all lies.

Sorry to give this bad review because of one service rep. But it was bad enough to reconsider buying a Genesis next time. The brand offers very good value for the price you pay, but the consumer also needs a good service after the purchase. Genesis is not up to par for that, well, at least this dealership. Comparing their maintenance service to other luxury brands is a joke.

I am going to another Genesis dealership for my next service and see if they are all the same. If so, they can't survive in the luxury vehicle segment of the market.

Horrible sales service. I was trying to buy a car and getting any pricing is impossible… the sales people never call back and when you call them you sit on hold for up to five minutes / I gave up and hung up.

I know their voicemail message by heart - insane.

They’re literally minutes from where I live and wanted to buy local.

Meanwhile a dealer an hour away responded immediately and will even drive the car to me.

Once they get your money, you’re on your own. I leased a 2023 G70 ($56k MSRP). A month later the cameras stopped working. I contact the dealership and the send someone, who was very nice, to pick up the car. The horror begins afterward: zero communication. No response to messages or voicemail mails. The car stays there for a month, then sent back unfixed and parts of it are unscrewed and left in the trunk. The same scenario happens again a month later.

Completely incompetent service department.

Zaira Pabon is an amazing Service Advisor. Very quick in and out. She always gets all the issues resolved. Always keeps me informed with service status. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership and would not go anywhere else.

HORIBLE PARTS DEPARTMENT, NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE CALL & PARTS ORDERED 2 MONTHS AGO STILL HANSN'T SHOWEN UP.

My wife and I stopped by Genesis of Glendale after checking other dealerships on Brand Boulevard of Cars. I met Michael, a salesman at Hyundai who introduced me to Christian who represented Genesis. After expressing my interest in both the GV70 and GV80, Christian drove me to their auxiliary lot and allowed me to test drive a couple of vehicles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our interactions. I purchased a GV70 and must say it was a pleasure working with Christian. Overall a great buying experience.

Alex Saddeh is a great salesman & very helpful. I was very satisfied with the way he was assisting me. He had a lot of knowledge in the car I was interested in and answered every question I had. I've gone to other dealerships and none of them helped me the way Alex did.

Alex Saadeh is wonderful. Having had no follow up from the previous salesperson at this dealership Alex took over and completed the deal efficiently, courteously and in an extremely pleasant manner. He is knowledgeable about the car and followed up after sale with an offer to teach the many complex features of the car. If it had not been for Alex we would have purchased from another dealership. He saved the sale for Genesis of Glendale. Love my car and if we were to buy another Genesis he is the salesman we would definitely contact. Thank you Alex for making spending money so easy,

My sales person was Jose flores he answer all my questions I definitely recommend him with my family and friends im thinking to get a Hundai for my son

Shopping for a new Hyundai was such a joy at this location. Jose and the entire staff were so welcoming and friendly. I was able to walk out with my perfect vehicle at a great price. Would definitely recommend stopping by this location and asking for Jose. Thanks to the team for all your help!

I recently purchased my car through Genesis of Glendale and it was such a great experience. Alex was my sales rep and he made everything so easy. He did not pressure me at all and he was very knowledgeable. He even came in on his day off to make sure that the financing went smoothly. Could not recommend this dealership and their staff more!
