Genesis Party Supply always comes in clutch! I was looking for number piñata with specific colors on it but couldn’t find anywhere until I came here. They had the number I was looking for but not in the colors I needed. However, they offered to custom make it and have it ready for the date I needed the piñata. Thank you so much for your awesome service! Side note; they also carry a good variety of number balloons and balloon bouquets.
This party store was literally 10 minutes away from the venue for my gender reveal. Their incompetent delivery driver LIED and said he couldn’t find the address. I live in Los Angeles, had family and friends coming from Moreno Valley and Colton California who found the address just fine. He lied and said he waited for me 30 minutes only to be in the wrong location. When I tried to assist him on where I was to get my tables and chairs he told me to go get my refund. He was already texting me two hours before the scheduled drop off time to try and deliver. I told him I wasn’t arriving until the set time that was on the receipt. He totally tried to sabotage and destroy one of the most happiest and exciting days of my life. I called the party store only to be told in a very rude way by Estela’s son that I could come get my money back and was told in a way that “oh I’m here” like if I wanted “problems” very aggressive. I felt racially profiled by these men who honestly made no effort after I already paid in advance for their services. I’ve never been treated like this before and luckily the host at the Venue were able to help me. I’m not from Long Beach but better believe I’ll NEVER do business with them again. 150 W Ocean Blvd is a valid address that anyone can search and also see that it’s 10 minutes away from this party store that the driver so say “couldn’t find”. No pregnant woman needs stress of not being able to seat her guest because of an unprofessional none street smart delivery driver.
