Highly recommend this place. The staff are really professional and transparent. I brought in an iPhone 5s that I had dropped into water and wanted the data off of. The staff tried multiple steps to see if it could be recovered and updated me periodically with progress. Sadly the phone data could not be recovered but they did not charge me anything. Will be returning here next time I have electronic trouble.

Super nice and honest. Today I went to Best Buy and got attitude so I walked. My phone was damaged beyond repair as it turned out. At least not worth spending 150 US to fix. The owner would not take any money. Top notch place. Shop local.

I walked into Imtiaz Khan's shop last minute when my iPhone would not charge and I had very low battery. My secondary issues that I had been putting off were a broken screen and bad/ low audio when taking calls (I had to use my phone on speaker or use headphones to make and receive calls.)

The chap who helped me have me good advice on a minor screen crack. He told me that since the crack was minor enough, I should wait it out. Don't find that too often.

They unlocked my iPhone X as well as changed the shattered Screen for the cheapest price i can find in the santa monica area. I called 3 different places before coming here to get a price 30/$40 CHEAPER than any other location i called for iphone screen repair and unlocking

i got my iphone 8 glass screen replaced for exactly $80 less than what the apple store century city told me and my iphone looks amazing with the new screen installed. No more broken glass in my cute fingers! XD lol Jokes.

Shattered my iPhone X screen while working out and i was getting glass shards in my finger which was not fun. The apple store @ the promenade quoted me $299 for the screen replacement.

When i called chris he told me that if my LCD is in tact he would only charge me $165 for my iPhone x screen replacement. This was almost half of what i got quoted. My iphone looks good as new and i cannot be happier with their quality of repair work

Broken computer no more!

mY macbook pro was running suppperrr slow. Albeit ive had this apple computer since 2012 but i just did not want to depart from it. Gabe explained to me the difference between solid state and mechanical drives and promised me my computer would be 5X faster witht hi upgrade.guess what?

They really are the best. I told Mike about my urgency and even though he was backed up on work, he contacted his friend Louie to work on my laptop and they fixed it perfectly for a price lower than quoted.

Just got my iphone 6 battery replaced.fast service.the screen was pushed from the case because the old battery gone bad.now it's working again.hopefully this battery will last longer.

Shattered my iphone screen over the weekend and was devasted. Glass shards were penetrating my skin everytime i would type.i called my carrier were i got my iphone x and they were trying to charge me an upwards of $299!

Needed a computer re-format. Took it to Genius Squad, did the job as promised Microsoft Windows updated version was installed and computer is running smooth. Happy with the service, If I have anymore computer issues, Ill call Michael at Genius Squad!

Genius Squad is absolutely the best phone repair company in Los Angeles. They were fast and efficient yet at the same time cared about my phone and getting the job done correctly. My laptop was locked and I had forgotten the password I used for my dell laptop log in. Shawn at genius Squad was able to reset my device to factory settings and upgrade the OS to the newest and fastest windows 10 operating system.
