2So helpful and they have certain medications that other places don’t have from shortages because the pharmacists are very diligent about checking availability. They also have friendly customer service.
I never thought I’d write a positive review for a pharmacy but here we are. Genoa has made my experience so seamless and frankly, enjoyable. The pharmacy is clean, well designed and never crowded. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins to be helped. They are great about calling me to remind me about refills and always help me find discounts when possible. I love that they mail prescriptions too! So helpful when I have one less errand to run. The best part about Genoa, though, is their staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I could go on and on, but when you’ve only had negative experiences with pharmacies that have left you in literal tears…Genoa is a breath of fresh air.
