I took my ring to be resized and I had amazing experience. Elissa was so kind and patient. She explained the whole process and was so understanding when I was a little impatient. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this place!

This place is wonderful for so many reasons.

I have a rose gold bangle that needed to be reshaped. I first took it back to the luxury brand I purchased from, and they told me it needed to be reproduced which would take 6-12 months and cost almost half the retail price. So instead I took the bracelet to Geoffrey's where William examined it, provided a reasonable quote, and had it fixed in less than two weeks!

A couple of weeks later, I took my rose gold ring (same brand as the bracelet) to Geoffrey's for repair. It had a few dents and William was able to minimize them by polishing the ring for free. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and when I got my ring back it was so shiny it looked brand new.

Shout out to William for being so helpful and also to the staff at the front desk for being so responsive over the phone and welcoming. The store itself is really nice and they have a refreshments stand as well as a fancy outdoor patio in the back. I also had the chance to browse their fine jewelry selection and the designs are beautiful. Very interested in purchasing my next piece of jewelry here!

My fiance and i went here looking for rings. The whole experience was incredible. They were so kind, offered us drinks (they have a full bar). Had so many options and were able to customize everything to our liking. Very reasonably priced (especially compared to other jewelers in the bay area). Cannit be more happy with the ring!
