This place is the total package. The food is very good and at a reasonable price. The service is timely. Awesome place for a break.

The single best hamburger in the county and world class. “George’s special burger” is the best way to spend $6 I know of.

George's is awesome! It's been in San Marcos for over 40 years! Best onion rings around.try them with Thousand Island dressing.:)

The burgers and fries and Onion rings were so delicious I got the special double cheeseburger with fries and sauce too so delicious I hardly recommend you go in there.

First time visiting this place. I was rather impressed! The burgers were amazing.good size patties, cooked perfect, and a very reasonable price. The fries were good too, but with a perfect burger, who needs fries? Best burger in San Marcos!

The food there is always hot and freshly off the grill because the burger are very great tasting full of flavor. The fries could use a little more salt.

Tip jar had a rock that looked like poop drive thru. Brown and round, pastrami was really thin with meat. The hat is better.service was good and friendly, clean area

I often go here. I love many menu items. My favorite is the yērōs salad, and if diet allows.some fries the milkshakes are amazing! Burgers. Yes,! Just good food!

The worst experience ever. They forgot about my order. I waited 40 mins and they only said sorry. The cheeseburger was so cold, the fries were under cooked and the pastrami was not well done like I ordered it. I had been going to this place since 2008. Every yr it is getting worse. All the time new young employees.

Really good burgers! Tried the avocado burger and found it crispy and juicy and everything I love. The sauce was tangy and flavorful. Basic old time burger dining room. Also have a drive- through.

Not the same menu as the George burgers in Escondido. This one is okay. I would give the gyro burger a 4/10. Tzatziki sauce is on the side and less gyro meat. Go to George’s in Escondido!

Asked for no onions but it seems they are in the lettuce mixture too. So sick afterwards. Can’t and won’t go there again.

Not bad but a little pricey for the quality of the food, fries were really good but the burger was meh and it was 17$ for a combo.
