George's Fremont House reviews
8This shop is amazing! I would like to express my gratitude to Chuck Flemming, who has helped me to choose the very best cowboy shoes and beautiful hat and I would like to thank him for a lovely chat we had. Visiting your shop has become one of my many best experiences during my dream road trip to California. Warm greetings from Poland.
Fantastic store, very good service.
We bought a lot of shirts, shoes and hats.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the purchased products.
Special thanks for the nice service to Chuck.
We recommend
For years it was our pleasure to take our guests into town for lunch followed by an afternoon of shopping and exploring downtown Mariposa. Fremont House was always one of the guest favorites. However a recent experience in that shop has spoiled any further visits. The salesgirl, name begins with J made a pass at one of the gentlemen, said he seemed super stressed out, that he needed some 'exercise', and invited him to come back after closing. Wink, wink. We were shocked when he told us this later. George has lost our business. Fremont house has lost its class. Too bad we can't leave a no star rating.
It actually now fits more than one of your employees.
This is a great place to shop all kind of boots, hats, jackets, blankets. Really high quality products, not cheap souvenir stuff. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed shopping here and we highly recommend visiting this store on your trip to Mariposa/ Yosemite park.
What an amazing shop! I'm so happy, that I finally found boots, that I was searching for for so long! The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful
Had a great experience! Chuck helped me and my husband pick out some Teva’s. He was kind enough to put our soaking wet shoes that we wore into a bag. Such great courtesy towards customers, we even thought he owned the store! (Rare quality these days)
What a great not so little shop, From country western clothing, Stetson hats, Boots and accessories. To T-shirts, Hiking boots and sandals. Jake The Band Leader and Drummer from "The 7th Sons" found a really nice brown leather vest. The Staff is very welcoming, helpful and Friendly.:)
