Rented a space for the summer to keep my college son items in while he came back home. Clean facility and very friendly staff. Very helpful, they answered all my questions and concerns.

Best customer service ever, management works with you as much as possible. Clean facility, I feel very comfortable leaving my property there, it's secured. And in response to Adrienne's review.what you said is not true, in case you forgot, you said you didn't want what was left in your unit. You left furniture in front of the facility, and at the park and much much more, and still management was patient with you and didn't auction off your property after 3mis. Gave u time to still claim your stuff but you never inquired about it.

Was there for Two years paid on time but when it was tine to go I moved into a house the manager there wouldnt evem let me get a couple of days because im not from here I didnt know anyone with a car to help me get my stuff out all I needed was two days she said no and locked up my storage. So we lost everything.

If you are looking for a clean & safe place to store your things I’d highly recommend Gerard Self Storage. Manager is very knowledgeable & Customer Service is amazing! They take care of you pretty quickly, always really helpful. Recommend to all my friends and family!
