There customer service is really bad. They don't call when they say they will. We scheduled an appointment online. They received the notification but did not schedule the appointment.
They are nice people. Just lazy I think.

The employees are amazing and super knowledgeable when it comes to stressful car times. My car came back in the same gorgeous color and all detailed. These angels vacuumed and wiped down my entire car. Thank you so so SO much! 10/10 recommend! ️ Kai and the whole team are phenomenal. Thank you Gerber Collision!

I brought a 2022 kia forte with less than 3k so I was nervous, wasn't sure if this was the right place. I was WRONG, they are very professional staff, very organized, always updating me on my vehicle. I was soooo relieved when I realized everything was going to be ok with my car being here. Delivery day was delayed just 2 days but no big deal, got my Kia and I'm 100% satisfied. Also i want to thank my advisor Emilio for being very professional and keeping me updated all the way.

Not a good experience with this company. We were referred to them by our insurance company to repair a dent on rear bumper. Called to schedule an appointment, (said they would text day before to remind us, never did) they assessed the vehicle in person and then a month later scheduled the repair! When we showed up they said we can't fix this due to the location of dent. Unbelievable that they would say this after we had waited so long to get an appointment and after they already had a guy inspect the car. Receptionist at front desk is VERY rude as others have mentioned in previous reviews. A big waste of time for us, save yourself the grief and look elsewhere.

I was a little skeptical about this place because of other reviews but they did an amazing job! Travis is so knowledgeable and was a pleasure talking to. Only downside was that is took about a month to repair my bumper. I know with everything going on right now, parts are extremely hard to get, so I'm not complaining. My car looks brand new and the paint job is spot on! Would definitely come back here if needed.

If your ok with getting no updates and you call to get treated like an inconvenience, rude front desk personnel and waiting a month to get an estimate.then this place will fulfill that. Work appears to be ok. If this wasn’t my insurances guidance on location or if it was out of pocket, not a chance I would go back.

Do not bother making an appointment online. Booked an appointment for a estimate online a couple of days in advance. I show up to my "appointment" only for them to tell me they do not have an appointment for my name. They then asked if I booked it online which I replied yes. That followed with "if a appointment is made online, we do not receive it. " So I then asked why is that even an option or why does it let you. Their response was "we don't know, we do not control that aspect of corporate. " I was then told the next available appointment would be in 2 months.
What a joke. I called corporate to tell them they all need to get their act together as I doubt I will be the only person this happens to which is infuriating to begin with.
They did great work on my Audi e-Tron and are very close to my home which is why I wanted to use them but with a response like that, that will be a hard pass.

I honestly cannot recommend this shop to a friend or relative. This shop was on Geico's list of certified collision repair shops, It was a convenient choice then, but no longer. The staff are polite and courteous, and so far those are the only compliments I can give them. Incompetence and the lack of concern for my time and inconvenience stomps those compliments.
02/22 Appointment 9am. I was there early, checked-in at 830am with a half-awake receptionist. Some nice lady came out 930am, said that Emilio will be out soon for me. Jose from Enterprise Car Rental - He's been waiting there for me all that time and not any of the staff notified him that I have checked-in. Anyway, we got the rental car process done in less than 10minutes.
950am, Emilio finally came out. We head towards the car and he did his inspection. I specifically pointed out to him that the driver side tail lamp has small cracks and I have experienced in the past that condensation collects inside the lamp and leads to other bigger problems. He assured me that he took note of it. Waited 20min for papers and went on my way with the rental car. 10 days to repair and replace parts needed.
March 4 Was there at 8am when they opened. Emilio came out almost 9am. We checked the car, inspected damaged areas. Body work and painting was decent. It's not excellent, but good enough. Tire walls and rims are dirty. The paint work/clearcoat was not smooth but rather grainy. I was fine with that. The one thing I was ticked off about is that the damaged tail lamp was not replaced. Immediately, Emilio knew that he screwed up. It was the one concern that I have discussed with him during the inspection and he blew it. I should have left my car there until they got it right, but Emilio assured me that he can get the replacement tail lamp in a couple of days and I can drop by for the quick swap, 20-30 minutes tops. I agreed (my mistake).
March 14, Monday - (10 days later) Emilio left a voicemail. Replacement tail lamp came but was damaged in transit. The re-order will be in Wednesday or Thursday and he will call me as soon as he receives it.
March 18, Friday came and I received no phone call or voicemail or any message. So I made a follow-up call. Emilio was not available. I left my name and number asking for a call back.
March 22, Tuesday - Received phone call that the replacement tail lamp had arrived. Set-up date for March 28, Monday at 330pm for the quick swap/replacement.
March 28, Monday 330pm - checked-in. Receptionist having a hard time looking up the appointment schedule. A lady from the inside office came out, asked me my last name. Told me that Emilio is out, but the replacement of the tail lamp will be facilitated as soon as possible. After a little while a young guy came out, looks like he was carrying the tail lamp housing, asked for the key and said will be done as soon as possible. 20 minutes later, he came back - told me that THE WRONG SIDE TAIL LAMP WAS SENT. At that point, I wanted to explode with anger, but i managed to keep my calm and just pointed out the incompetence of not checking the part that was ordered when it came in TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS THE CORRECT PART before telling the customer to come in and waste their time. The guy was apologetic, but at this point, how can you justify the multiple mistakes made. So, again, i have to go and wait.
April 4, Monday (1 whole week after), no phone call or any update. I called the shop several times, and finally got Lisa on the line. Asked for Emilio, but he was out to lunch. I explained my issue/situation to Lisa - who assured me that she will follow-up on this matter and give me a call back soon. It is now April 10th - i have not received any call, update from anyone at Gerber Collision. I have made multiple calls in the past several days but keeps getting a wait/hold response. I will keep trying until my issue is resolved. But I am doubtful that they can regain my trust in the future.
For the manager or whoever is in charge, you have my contact information in your system. Make good use of it.

My husband was not happy. His lock on the door they supposedly replaced is not working. Paint was on the back window from over spray and they didn't program his new lock remotes when they replaced the door. It still doesn't unlock all the doors. Drivers door These people did not go out of their way to please their customers.

They were great! The girls in the office were very good on communicating with me with time frames for the parts on my car and it was done sooner than I expected. My car looks brand new again and I appreciate all their hard work and professionalism.

Julian at Gerber was helpful, had a lot of patience, and very professional. My car was completed in a timely matter. Veronica kept me informed, daily. They did a excellent job. I am well pleased.

Went to the shop today to get an estimate for condenser and radiator replacement plus fixing this bended frame on a 2002 civic. I was shocked to hear that they don’t work on cars that old. I saw a latest model car totaled beyond recognition and they are telling me they can’t fix this small bent? Doesn’t make sense.

They are ok not top notch not a corner body shop. Make sure you get everything done exactly the way you want B4 you pick ur car up.

Customer service was great so far. All I have done with them is a estimate but they were very thorough and polite. Thank you Raul for being so amazing!
